“The personnel with whom I originally spoke to place my order was very courteous. However, I don't know why it was recorded as a layaway order having paid with my credit card at that time?! I am happy someone finally discovered the mistake and realized it had been paid for. So, a big "Thank You" to that person!!!”

“This product was a perfect fit for my TriStar vacuum. Although, I didn't receive an order confirmation, I did receive tracking info when it was shipping. The product arrived in perfect shape and in about a little over a week.

“They were able to backorder a had a hard-to-find part and it arrived within the time frame originally quoted. I did call about the order and the man I talked to was very helpful and able to assist even thought I was not sent a confirmation email with order number. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is their shipping policy which will likely keep me from ordering from them again. I had to ship item to my son who I would be visiting since they wanted an enourmous sum ($100) to ship to Alaska, but it was free elsewhere in the US. That means I am subsidising everyone elses' shipping. Not cool. If they would offer shipping at actual cost I would give 5 stars easily and would happily order from them again”
