I ordered a gerbera collection which arrived today, but the plants were weak with huge floppy leaves (and looked more like lettuce) which makes me think they had been well forced. This is my first experience with VanMeuwen and it will be my last. The price I paid was exorbitant for the results I received. My local supermarket (Morrisons) had better ones at £2 each.

5 weeks later and several repeated emails going unanswered other than the usual 'blah blah 48 hrs blah blah' I still have the wrong plants and still no answer from VM. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY> THEY ARE USELESS!

Don't use this company!
My order in May has still not been received in full. An email requesting an update went ignored. The order is currently in transit and has been for 7 days, so not expecting any healthy plants to be delivered if they ever are! I have requested a refund, but don't hold out much hope of getting easily looking at other reviewers comments. My advice: look elsewhere for online plants!

Took money from bank account, only one part order received have not seen the rest. Have tried to phone, they are not answering phone, tried three emails now, no reply, have allowed extra time due to Coronavirus pandemic as they advised. Asked by automatic response to allow 10-14 days for email reply, nothing. No response, no plants nothing. Will now be issuing a county court claim in the small claims court. Disgusting customer service.
