“ordered 5 xPrimula Vialii plants, first lot died, complained, second lot struggled, third lot didn't look good, inspected plant, no root formation at all, tried watering, re-potting, nurturing, all seem dead, don't want any more thanks!”

“waited two months for order to arrive,when the plants did arrive ,a lot of the leaves had turned yellow, will not be ordering again i would rather pay a bit more in the shops rather than wait this long, and i didnt know until after i had paid that it would take so long. should have read all the reviews first”

“o/nV10257594. I placed an order for spring flowering daffodils during early september for delivery and planting in the correct month of october,I would have thought that this was a simple transactionbut as of 13 november the daffodils have still not been delivered and my garden has become waterlogged.However they had no problem taking the money from my account 4days after the order was placed Kenneth Hirst”

“My order appears to get delivered as and when plants in stock. Plants that have arrived so far are in varying stages - from fighting for their life - to being withered and dead. I am still awaiting the final part of my order (which was placed four weeks ago). I have tried phoning and emailing but no reply and no response. Very unhappy with plant quality and majorly disappointed with absence of customer service.”
