“Staff was super friendly and very attentive to the requests. Went above and beyond to share examples of flower pictures based on our requirements. Even accommodated our pick up times. Great service and great flowers .. will shop again :) Thanks :)”

“Because our daughter now lives in Harrow, UK with her husband, we have found that we can still provide beautiful surprises by sending flowers from Van Arthur Florist. The flowers always appear (from pictures sent to the US) to be lovely and fresh.”

“Customer service was excellent and very helpful. I appreciated the email correspondence and photo of the finished bouquet for my friend. The only reason I didn’t rate as excellent was that the choice of flowers seemed a bit limited, but otherwise great.”

“Myself and my sister went to order flowers for my Dad’s funeral. Sri could not be more polite, kind and helpful. When we told him what we wanted, he assured us that this would be exactly as we wanted and even gave us a few more ideas so the flowers would look even better. The price if the flowers are very reasonable too and I would definitely recommend using this florist. Thank you so much for all your help.”

“I placed an order for bouquet of flowers for my relatives 60th Birthday, ordering was very straight forward and there was a good selection of bouquets to choose from. I emailed on day of delivery as I wasn’t sure if the recipient would be at home, they promptly replied and shortly afterwards I received a reply saying they were out delivering and they arrived within next 30 minutes, I had a photo sent of the actual bouquet and we both very pleased with the flowers.”
