“I received no glass holder and I felt the area felt was small to my expectations for the cost. But was lovely in it’s own small way. With a candle on centre jist jo case etc so make lighting it a bit nerve wracking so not to set fire to plants”

“Unfortunately my 2 bouquets of thank you flowers failed to arrive on time. The details online state by 7pm, which was fine, although I was told they would be delivered by 5pm when I called to check. When they arrived finally at 7.15pm it was too late as the event had finished. I got a reply to my message, apologising and a refund was completely sorted. The flowers looked beautiful when they arrived but everyone had left”

“I ordered some flowers for my daughter in law. Unfortunately when I arrived to pick up using the click and collect service the order had not been received by the Harrow branch. The very kind florist apologised and gave me buch of flowers which had already been made uo”

Thanks for your order Adam! I’ve just checked your order and it looks like you’ve ordered a “Florist choice hand-tied, colours: seasonal, chosen flowers: not selected” to the value £34.95. This means you’re leaving the choice of the flowers down to the florist - so this may explain why the florist thought it was best to give you a bouquet ready made at the time rather than make you wait for a new one as the specification matched what you had ordered. Apologies the florist hadn’t yet come across your order when you’d come to collect. It was ordered at 12.26pm for collection at 1pm, so this may be one of the reasons the florist wasn’t yet prepared at the time. I hope you were happy with the flowers the florist gave you when you came to pick up, and if not I’m sure she would have accommodated any changes if you’d liked! We don’t want any customers to pay us and leave with something they’re not happy with - especially not when they’re collecting and we can accommodate changes straight away. I hope you’ll give us another go, and if orders are at short notice and you’re rushing please do give us a call and we’ll be able to assist you. Thank you - Harrow team

“Very pretty display a lot of flowers so that’s good But the condition of the blooms only acceptable Leafs falling off and the blooms looked very tired”

“Acceptable experience. Fewer flowers than expected in the bouquet and not exactly what was ordered. Gave the bouquet an empty look vs full. The Mr T. Bear was also not the same bear as represented online.”

“The arrangement I had ordered was not what was delivered. While that in itself was enough to make me wary of using Van Arthur again, Sri and the Van Arthur staff were courteous and apologetic and refunded me the price difference of the two arrangements. Customer service was good, so I will try them again.”
