“The letters ordered for a funeral were beautiful and ordering them online was seamless. We are all so grateful for the very efficient and quick turnaround. All the people I spoke to and saw were respectful especially at this difficult time. Thank you all so much.”

“First time ordering from here for my boyfriends mothers birthday and really pleased with the quality of flowers, the way the bouquet was arranged and the customer service I received - on the day I called to check what the ETA was for the delivery and the man was kind enough to call once it was delivered. Will definitely be purchasing from here again, a 5* experience so thank you!”

“This was one of the most beautiful bouquets I have ever gifted anyone - it is rare that you buy flowers and find that the website does not do it justice with how it really looks (it unfortunately tends to be the case vice versa more often!), but this was one of those instances. The bouquet was eye-catching and big, and the white and pink lilies and roses were so fresh and stunning. They were received with great admiration as an anniversary present (and stood out from all the other bouquets that were in the hosue) and I certainly will be returning to Van Arthur again!”

“I ordered online from Melbourne, Australia a birthday bouquet to be delivered to my daughter in Bethnal Green during the COVID-19 lockdown. They arrived exactly as promised and were a lovely fresh bunch of beautiful flowers that still look perfect many days later. I was very happy with the service and the product and would highly recommend. I will be using this company again.”
