“I have ordered from here twice. The prices are good and they have a great selection. That doesn't make up for the fact that they take an eternity to ship anything. The first order took a week to process and 10 days from placing the order to it arriving at my door. When I complained about it taking forever to process they claimed "Corona Virus blah blah". So I gave them the benefit of the doubt. Now the next order once again 10 days from order to my door. This time 3 days later they created a shipping label then didn't bother dropping it off at the Post office for another 4 days. The first time I gave them a pass but having it happen a second time I'm done. I won't be ordering from this company again. Frankly there's plenty of other companies out there that sell the same products and don't sit on their orders for days before they ship them.”
“When I first started ordering from this company they were pretty good with shipping things. After nearly 2 years of service this company had “lost” several of my orders. They said they had shipped but they hadn’t. They offered me the chance to make a claim which I did. However, that company would NOT let me file a claim. and when I brought this to their attention they BLOCKED me from ordering anything. Great products if you can get them. I believe this ROYALTY VAPE has a problem stealing peoples orders. Order at your own risk.”
“I ordered several disposable vapesfrom them (one big order), the total was $159.00.
It took them a long time to ship to me, i had to go to a local vape store during the wait time. I ended up finding a different disposable vape that i liked more than what i had ordered from them. By the time i got my order from them, i decided that i didn't want what i had ordered so i didn't even open the box. I returned the unopened box to them and requested a refund. They charged me $29.00 from my payment and took a very long time to refund the balance, i had to reach back out to them to confirm they received the package back and ask for my money back.

“Wasted time. I ordered and paid for expedited shipping. After waiting 5 days and providing all the info they asked for to verify my account, My order was canceled without reason given. Cant calland talk to anyone as only way to contact is through email. Have wasted my time with this company and will never order from or refer anyone else to order from here. Highly disappointed”
“They sale fake juice. I order naked salts all the time for years but I decided to compare it with local vape shop… yes local vape shop price is $22 a bottle for 30 mil salts… theirs is $9.99.. but there is a reason for it.. when I compared labels on bottles and boxes… they mismatch . When I contacted usavapelabs which are the original manufacturers… they told me they do not affiliate with vape royalty dot com… and they know nothing about them… then I realized this website and others sale FAKE CLONES OF EJUICE!! Be aware because you don’t know who made this ejuice what’s in it and how clean it is . Shame on the mess! But it’s all business.. I guess they make good money selling dark old fake ejuice with bad attempt to copy bottle labels and box of bottle . Now I have to pay 22$ per bottle but know I got the real stuff .”

“I have been shopping at Vape Royalty for a while now. I was ordering some juice when I made a mistake by getting the wrong flavor. When I got the conformation email, I noticed that it was menthol. No more than a minute to 30 seconds later I tried to contact them. There was no number or way to modify my order, I had to use their message service to contact them. A day later, I finally got an email telling me that there is nothing they could do and that it shipped and will not accept returns. I contacted them again to get them to intercept the package so I could return it. No one responded and has not since even after sending several messages. Customer service did nothing to rectify the issue. I will never use this site again.”
