“The price is great and they offer free shipping on orders over a certain amount but also charge you a $7 signature fee and packaging protection. They guarantee the package will arrive within 7-9 days. 7 days later my package was still pending. I emailed them and they said the warehouse was overwhelmed with orders and apologized and promised my order would be on its way soon. In my frustration I ask them to make it right and send me a coupon code for my next purchase. Waiting 2 weeks for my order is no Bueno and I would be happy to take my business elsewhere if they don't and they didn't. There are hundreds of vape stores online. I've deleted their app from my phone and have made a mental note to never order from them again. Customer service is a thing of the past.”
“When I first started ordering from this company they were pretty good with shipping things. After nearly 2 years of service this company had “lost” several of my orders. They said they had shipped but they hadn’t. They offered me the chance to make a claim which I did. However, that company would NOT let me file a claim. and when I brought this to their attention they BLOCKED me from ordering anything. Great products if you can get them. I believe this ROYALTY VAPE has a problem stealing peoples orders. Order at your own risk.”
