“I have been ordering hundreds of dollars worth of vapes from this company since 2024 and have had decent experiences with them until now.
On Wed 7/16/25, I placed an order for almost $200. It has been "processing" since then. It is now 8/7/25 and I have emailed them 3 times, once by responding to the original order placed email and twice through their website, in the three weeks since I placed the order. There has been no response from them at all.
I'll be filing a dispute with my bank to get my money back. There's no reason an order should be taking this long and never any reason other than fraud for a company to refuse to respond to their customers for three weeks.
Never trust this company.”
“I started ordering from Vape Royalty back in September of 2024. Up until now, never an issue. I placed my most recent order on 7/24. My card was charged on 7/29. Almost two weeks after ordering, my order is still "processing". I've left multiple voicemails, sent multiple emails, and used their customer service contact form online, and received absolutely no response. Disputing the charge and will never order again.”

I emailed them on 07/27, saying I wanted to cancel my order because I bought something similar from the local vape shop. No answer from them. 07/29 @0800, I get an email my order finished processing and was shipped. Yesterday my order was still being processed but magically it was shipped this morning. Never ordering from this place ever again and I'm warning all my buddies to stay away!”

“I 1st want to say that vape royalty has been my #1 online choice. For the past 2 years they've been wonderful. Not so good anymore. I put in an order on 7/6/25 for $199.07. It is now 7/27 and my order still says processing BUT THEY TOOK MY MONEY! I have spent the past week sending emails and trying to find a contact number. On my bank account there was a phone # in the description area, so I called it. While it was ringing i recieved a text which i have attached to this review. Unbelievable what this guy said to me. Thank GOD my bank reimbursed me, but what a nightmare its been. I'm super super sad about this because everywhere else charges state sales tax. I'm guessing those good days are over”

“I've been a long-time customer of Vape Royalty since their California days, but this recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I placed an order for three items totaling $67.54, and while they charged my debit card, they never shipped the order. I've reached out via email five times with no response. At this point, they've neither shipped my products nor issued a refund.
This is completely unacceptable. I will not be ordering from them again.”
“I was happy to find this company and ordered twice from them, they shipped quick and I was happy with the products. I gave a great review and had told friends about them to order. I ordered 2 more times and both of those orders ($120.00) are still showing processing although they have charged me through my bank. I am disputing those charges as they will not respond to my emails and should not be ripping people off like this, so not happy and do not recommend this company.”

“In the picture I wrote a review.. Beware... Check all products as soon as you get them .. especially vapes .. save ur packaging or else they will not help you.. I had two vapes that didn't work.. it's been a month or so now and because I threw the whatever they want away I'm screwed out of two vapes so I paid $100 for three vapes.. I don't recommend ordering off line... These products come from China who knows what we are actually getting.. and it's a pain in the butt to get what you paid for .. Hope to save someone's from same mistakes I made ... All this over two vapes is funny to me but it's my money and I just wanted what I paid for .. still have the two broken vapes and supplied them with order number and video and pictures.. no response so Im SOL”

Tried to get a replacement or refund and after many emails and even sending them a video of the pods not working, they are asking for another video. Don’t waste anymore time or money on this company!”
“I ordered several disposable vapesfrom them (one big order), the total was $159.00.
It took them a long time to ship to me, i had to go to a local vape store during the wait time. I ended up finding a different disposable vape that i liked more than what i had ordered from them. By the time i got my order from them, i decided that i didn't want what i had ordered so i didn't even open the box. I returned the unopened box to them and requested a refund. They charged me $29.00 from my payment and took a very long time to refund the balance, i had to reach back out to them to confirm they received the package back and ask for my money back.
