Ordered 10 geek bars.Only about 4 of them work properly. Battery problems, juice drying up really soon is quite disappointing

We used to place a large order every month for a year. I have sent many emails complaining of a vape no longer working with documentation and still haven't heard back. This was six weeks ago and still no response. Customer service needs major improvement.

My vapes were a month late. And both orders were wrong. I order two different flavored vapes and they sent me clear. THEY ARE A FRAUD. Do not use them.

I got the bagin sour berry flavor and the vape is defective due to it has 0 flavor and I have yet to receive a response from them regarding a replacement

First of all it took one month to the day from the time I ordered it to the time I received it one vaporizer secondly if they have a coupon available on their website that seems too good to be true well it is it’s a con and if you can’t get you in their con They’ll just keep you on hold until the whole con expires like they did with me with a coupon code they kept me on the back burner until it was all over with then they contacted me back meanwhile I’m waiting for the product to get to my house that I bought from them And they didn’t wanna honor honor this coupon code these guys really suck they did a terrible job they made poor excuses of Chinese holidays getting in the way of everything when I looked up online and found out there was no holiday of such that I was being told they took a month And I emailed them every day only got like two or three responses I made an review on trust pilot that they reviewed and responded on

I ordered 2 bottles of regular Skweezed Green Apple, both were filled with ICE Green Apple. When I told them about it instead of having me send them back and send me news ones, they wanted me to take pictures and videos. This is super ridiculous and not good customer service. This is the 2nd time I have had issues with them and will not be ordering from them again.

After countless emails wanting a review... OK, here's your review... Everything was fine with these folks, until they shipped a dead disposable mod in A CASE OF THEM. Yeah, that's how I always bought them...LOTS OF THEM. So, I followed their directions for to receive a replacement. (serial numbers, pictures, a video of the unit not working)....All they did was to ask fore MORE information until they got to something I couldn't provide. Then I get the "sorry, can't help you, not enough info". Fug em', their not the only sellers of vape gear. I changed who I buy my cases of disposables from.

Half of the 13 geek bars I ordered were defective and either never were Able to be turned on or they would not charge after the battery drained after initially using. Extremely unhappy !!

I’ve always been really happy with this company until recently. It’s hard to find what I’m looking for or if I want to re-order something I can’t just click on my old order and go back to that item. Because some items that I had frequently used have been discontinued, I’m having difficulties finding what goes with my new system as far as the pods. I wrote for help and didn’t hear back. Very frustrating that there is no customer service number to call.

I received a vape pen that didn’t work at all. I contacted the company and submitted the required information for a replacement and still have not heard back from them. Not very responsive.

Be warned! Do not order from these people! So I ended up ordering the wrong coils and had to return them... Upon returning the item, with tracking, I ended up having to email numerous time to get a refund... And as with any company you would expect a full refund, well this company decided to refund only me a few dollars, the actual price for the item, no tax, no shipping, I paid $10.80 and they refunded me after numerous emails and frustration with this company I ended up with nothing but a few dollars back, when in reality I lost out on nearly $15 and no product so how is this far???!? Save yourself the trouble and don't order from this company, especially if you want to return something for a refund, these people are bogus and so wrong!!! Highly disappointed obviously...

I have repeatedly asked for brands and their non menthol. Flavors of each brand. They refuse to comply with my request. They don’t respond whenever I ask to return unused unopened menthol products. It’s very frustrating many of their menthol products have no mention of cooling or menthol. No one in my circle vapes menthol, I can’t even give it away. I like their prices and how fast they ship. What am I to do with this company?!?! Sincerely Janne’ce Brown Moses Lake Washington.

Product arrived on time, but only 1 out of 4 vapes really worked, I don't know if it's just the RandM brand but the first two vapes started to taste like burnt coil after the first 10 to 20 puffs, I even let it sit for 20 minutes after opening it and its full of liquid. The third vape which was sopose to be 15000 puffs only lasted for about 200 puffs before flavor started fading to the point where I felt like I was vaping plain oil. The 4th and final vape lasted a little longer but I don't think it was 15000 puffs.
