Really guys. The majority of these bad reviews could've been avoided, if you only took the time to respond to people.. I understand that the virus has messed things up over there, but these bad reviews could've been avoided by a simple email or Facebook post, explaining that items can't be shipped due to government restrictions. Instead you have chose to send daily emails selling your products still, no notification on there being delays due to the virus. Just taking new orders making your situation even worse. I'm sure you have a massive backlog now as you won't have been getting new stock, yet still can't ship what you have. Sadly you've probably lost many returning customers when I'm sure the majority would've understood the situation had you explained. This is highly unprofessional on your behalf, not the way to run a business and certainly not the way to keep returning customers.

So here is the deal..I placed an order before i looked at any reviews...as soon as I seen all the 1 star ratings i got very worried ...so I followed their facebook page and sent them a message...they almost immediately sent me a tracking # and my voopoo drag and 2 batteries showed up today! 9 days after my order was placed...so I don't doubt the bad reviews but my personal experience was excellent!!

Two different banks with two different cards both compromised after ordering from Vapesoucing.com a couple of months ago. Robbed of over $600 ! Only $400 recovered as of today. Vapesoucing.com owes me compensation for lost $$$ and time and trouble !!! I don't care if you use a secure payment system, because it's NOT secure.

My credit card..along with other customers..was compromised on November 4th..2022. before this..i had made multiple purchases with no problems. Please do not use your credit card on this site.

They sent me the wrong item, claiming they check multiple times on the order, when i tried to exchange it, they had no will to even try to make-up for their mistake, they made me pay shipping, they wait for the item to come back before sending the exchanged item and when i message them again for a tracking they say they ran out of stock, almost a month waiting for my order. and customer service is basically nonexistent, they make no effort to make sure customers return, this was only my first time ordering with them and it absolutely is my last, shop elsewhere, dont make the same mistake i did.

theu haven't a customer serverce, i'have place an order on 14/01 then i try to contact them to change the order, i try to contact them by mail, by the contact site, by the product page, by facebook, by skype and i never have a responce

It's been 3 weeks since I have ordered with only one response from customer service. They finally provided a tracking number but it's been one week and the tracking number still states that USPS has not received the package. Not happy. Don't buy.

I'd rather have the items I ordered rather than having to make a claim. The only thing I received from this company is an email to confirm payment. I'm really frustrated that companies such as this are allowed to take money but not deliver the goods you've paid for and continue to do so. I've researched this company via Google after two weeks of no communication to find they have a large amount of failed orders and irate customers and I tried to be patient but it's run out now. Bad company avoid them like an incurable disease! And always make sure you pay via PayPal so your covered in such incidents

Scammers . Joey and all involved are SCAMMERS THEY FORCE YOU TO FILE A DISPUTE because their service is horrible . Sending defective items and refusing to refund or replace Now I have to chargeback AVOID AVOID AVOID THEY ARE SCAMMERS

I will never order from this company again!!!! Tracking numbers do not work and no one can tell me where my orders are!! VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE! I SPENT $100 ON 3 ORDERS AND I'M DONE!

I purchased a SMOK Nord 4 kit from them. I received a faulty product. The next day I contacted them via email and explained the problem. They didn't get back to me for about 10 days when they asked me to explain what the problem is and to send them a video showing the issue. I explained again what the problem was and I made a video showing the product doesn't work. I waited again several days until they responded and they asked me to do another video. Today, it is a month since I received the faulty product and I still don't have an acceptable response/resolution. They have the worst customer service and don't even think to get a solution if there's a problem with their products. I will never buy anything from them again.

I'd give them 0 stars if I could. I have placed several orders from them and the first was received in a satisfactory amount of time, although their internal shipping process took as long as the actual shipping time. Since then my following orders stagnated in a status of 'Processing' for weeks even after multiple emails. I have played email tag with them and was told on multiple orders some items were backordered and asking me to choose replacement items, and this only after I inquired several times about the delay. Each time I asked to have the backordered item cancelled and refunded so the other items could ship. This was usually met with more silence or again asking me to choose a replacement. I actually received a better response from their Hong Kong supplier than the US based location who stated it was due to Chinese New Year and then shipped the order the next Monday. Finally, after saying multiple times I wanted the back-ordered item refunded the US warehouse shipped me the items they had in stock, 2 weeks after I ordered it. The other item is still listed as processing so I don't think they have any intention of refunding the price as I requested. As for the positive reviews here, I would say those people are either very fortunate or paid shills from the company. I will not be ordering from VapeSourceing again.

I ordered 2 products from this website. I ordered on Feb 24th. My order is still in "processing" as of 3/9/20. I have reached out to vaporsourcing via email and via their messenger over the last week. No reply. I have canceled my order but don't know if my cancellation went through, as Vapesourcing sent no confirmation. I will never, never order from this website again. Buyer beware.

I ordered 3 different kinds, they sent me 3 strawberry, which I never ordered and was not even on the website. Then they said they would send me 3 berry, it’s been 3 weeks and I’m still waiting. If you order different kinds the website doesnt work. Sent many messages and no one answers them. Ridiculous, berry unhappy with is site. They take your money fast and that’s it.
