Really guys. The majority of these bad reviews could've been avoided, if you only took the time to respond to people..
I understand that the virus has messed things up over there, but these bad reviews could've been avoided by a simple email or Facebook post, explaining that items can't be shipped due to government restrictions.
Instead you have chose to send daily emails selling your products still, no notification on there being delays due to the virus. Just taking new orders making your situation even worse. I'm sure you have a massive backlog now as you won't have been getting new stock, yet still can't ship what you have.
Sadly you've probably lost many returning customers when I'm sure the majority would've understood the situation had you explained.
This is highly unprofessional on your behalf, not the way to run a business and certainly not the way to keep returning customers.
