The 1st thing that upset me was, more order wasn't even sent out till day 13 and after 2 emails. And the product description wasn't the greatest. It would of been nice to know that product we ordered was really only for group use and not i would blow through way faster than I thought.

I purchased a 10 pack of the Mike Tyson vapes... assorted flavors... once they arrived, I found that 3 didn't even work and 2 more were broken open and leaking fluid in the packaging... I wrote them to explain what happened and they said to get in touch with the manufacturer... I did and nothing happened... the manufacturer didn't even write back... best bet, stay away from vapesourcing AND the Mike Tyson vapes...

I never received my order or a response to my email checking in on the status of it. This is most likely a scam. Don't buy from this company.

Item arrived broken. Reached out several times by email to fix it with zero response. I will never order from them again. It took a negative review for them to finally reach out to me asking for video proof of broken item which I had thrown away a month prior bc they refused to respond

I’m still waiting for an update on my free max that I purchased and paid for. I only received my OXBAR? I already was compensating in someway another I guess for the tip of my other vape being broken and I thank you for that. However, I did purchase the free max and I’m not getting any updates. I’ve sent several emails please help.

I went to Vapesourcing three times over the last 14 months. I spent over a hundred to get the free shipping. Three of the items were Lost Mary disposables on sale, all dead. I asked them if I could get a credit. Responded must send movie and serial number. There is NO serial number. Movie of what?

I've ordered my order over a month ago. I have not received any products, any refund. Nothing. Worst experience by far, but hey they gave me a $5 credit to the store to spend more money on sh#t im not going to receive.

i have ordered from here before and i was very satisfied. it’s been over a week and my order still hasn’t shipped. they waited 5 days to just email saying my vapes i chose are out of stock after i already received a email 2 days prior to that about another flavor is out of stock i chose. very disappointed this time

They have not replied to my emails of order not recieved in 3 weeks since asking for my tracking number just ghosted me. Live chat doesn't reply no numbers to call I even paid for delivery insurance for seemingly nothing. In my last review they said they would prioritize my issue and email back ASAP. Nothing got done and still no reply since the only reply I got 3 weeks ago!!!

On May 1, 2025 I placed a $208.86 that I have not yet received. I contacted the company at least 10 times by email and received back 2 responses. It’s EXTREMELY frustrating that I am not able to call and speak to anyone. (There is no number to call. Only email!!) I simply asked for a store credit, (not even my money back), and it seems like nobody understands what that means. To be fair….. I placed 2 orders through Vapesourcing and one of the orders was delivered flawlessly. So it’s either excellent service or horrible. Nothing in between. Good luck!!

Paid for a product and also paid for express shipping just to wait the 5 days and still my product was not shipped. Emailed them and was told it’s out of stock and that i could switch it out for a different product but then when i went back to site to pick something new they no longer have nothing that has to do with the product i ordered. Company never emailed me to let me know products was out of stock and the website showed it was in stock when i placed the order.

I purchased a joyetech EGO AIO2 and the button used to turn it on and off sticks and is impossible to use. I have used these many times over the past few years with no problem. I have written to customer service twice asking for a replacement and have gotten no response.

You were a 5 star online vapeshop, until you quit shipping to UTAH!! Im probably not one to ask that question, because you wont ship to me anymore and that sucks. I have spent ALOT of money with you. This really sucks.
