“I'd give 'em zero if I could Placed total of 3 orders with this site First arrived BUT both smok infinix kits were broken Tried to contact 5 YES 5 times and no reply Other 2 orders never arrived Had to get Paypal involved I did get my money back but it was a fight STAY AWAY FROM THESE SCAMMERS”

“Really guys. The majority of these bad reviews could've been avoided, if you only took the time to respond to people.. I understand that the virus has messed things up over there, but these bad reviews could've been avoided by a simple email or Facebook post, explaining that items can't be shipped due to government restrictions. Instead you have chose to send daily emails selling your products still, no notification on there being delays due to the virus. Just taking new orders making your situation even worse. I'm sure you have a massive backlog now as you won't have been getting new stock, yet still can't ship what you have. Sadly you've probably lost many returning customers when I'm sure the majority would've understood the situation had you explained. This is highly unprofessional on your behalf, not the way to run a business and certainly not the way to keep returning customers.”

“theu haven't a customer serverce, i'have place an order on 14/01 then i try to contact them to change the order, i try to contact them by mail, by the contact site, by the product page, by facebook, by skype and i never have a responce”

“It's been 3 weeks since I have ordered with only one response from customer service. They finally provided a tracking number but it's been one week and the tracking number still states that USPS has not received the package. Not happy. Don't buy.”

“J’ai fait une commande il y a 5 semaines et mon colis n’a toujours pas été expédié alors que le délais de livraison est estimé entre 7 à 12 jours (CGV) !! aucune mise à jour du statut. 5 messages envoyé au service client et toujours aucune réponse !! Seule la page Facebook est actualisée quotidiennement pour leur pub. Site pas sérieux”

“I ordered 3 different kinds, they sent me 3 strawberry, which I never ordered and was not even on the website. Then they said they would send me 3 berry, it’s been 3 weeks and I’m still waiting. If you order different kinds the website doesnt work. Sent many messages and no one answers them. Ridiculous, berry unhappy with is site. They take your money fast and that’s it.”

“they never shipped my mod until i called paypal and opened a case and they sent me a tracking number. I bought the geekvape aegis legend mod in the blue trim color. So i started to vape on it and after a few days later the front LCD cover was coming off and to make a long story short they are SHITTY and TRASH! DO NOT USE VAPESOURCING”

“Over half the items were out of stock, a month after my order was put in I didn't receive those items. No eta on when they would ship. Told me they would offer a refund, but two weeks went by and they never did. Thank goodness I used paypal and got refunded but they still got to keep the shipping charge. Never order from this company!”

“BUYER BEWARE Shipped incorrect items. Initially very responsive customer service. All apologies. Promised to reimburse return shipping. Once items returned, radio silence. Never sent correct items. No refund. Never reimbursed return shipping. Total scam website.”

“Placed an order on 02-06-19, the order was shipped from 2 separate warehouses. as of 03-06-19 half of the items purchased have yet to even been shipped and the half that did show up were not as described. Won't do business with them again.”

I'd rather have the items I ordered rather than having to make a claim. The only thing I received from this company is an email to confirm payment. I'm really frustrated that companies such as this are allowed to take money but not deliver the goods you've paid for and continue to do so. I've researched this company via Google after two weeks of no communication to find they have a large amount of failed orders and irate customers and I tried to be patient but it's run out now. Bad company avoid them like an incurable disease! And always make sure you pay via PayPal so your covered in such incidents”

“STAY AWAY!!!!! I ordered a set of replacement coils on 12/7/18. Admittedly, I understand this was the Christmas season so I expected a little slow down in delivery. Well, I should have expected A LOT of slow down. It is now 1/14/19 and I still have not received my delivery from Vapesourcing. I have been in contact with customer service and I have asked for a refund. They have told me to "just be patient", that they cannot control the shipping, and they cannot process the refund that I have requested. I ended up turning the issue over to my bank who took care of it for me. On a side note, I would also like to point out that Vapesourcing's intensive program is a complete scam. They state that every day you log in, or when you make a purchase, you accrue points and that 500 points is equivalent to $1.00 discount on a purchase. OK... this seems cool. Here is the problem, I have added an item here and there to my cart just to test this and when it comes time to check out, the most amount of points you are able to apply to an order is 200, NOT EVEN ENOUGH FOR $1.00 off!!!! Support your local vape shops... stop giving these people your money!”

“I've had an issue with one of the products that I bought, so I contacted them and explained the issue. They've asked me to make a video explaining and showing the issue! And I did. However, they ever responded!! I sent them over 5 emails with no response! It has been over a month now”
