“I order 10 at a time and usually have 2-3 of them start doing stupid things. Battery charges fine but only lasts a couple hours with less light use. Like the product but seems as if the batteries are cheap.”

“Be warned! Do not order from these people! So I ended up ordering the wrong coils and had to return them... Upon returning the item, with tracking, I ended up having to email numerous time to get a refund... And as with any company you would expect a full refund, well this company decided to refund only me a few dollars, the actual price for the item, no tax, no shipping, I paid $10.80 and they refunded me after numerous emails and frustration with this company I ended up with nothing but a few dollars back, when in reality I lost out on nearly $15 and no product so how is this far???!? Save yourself the trouble and don't order from this company, especially if you want to return something for a refund, these people are bogus and so wrong!!! Highly disappointed obviously...”

“I have repeatedly asked for brands and their non menthol. Flavors of each brand. They refuse to comply with my request. They don’t respond whenever I ask to return unused unopened menthol products. It’s very frustrating many of their menthol products have no mention of cooling or menthol. No one in my circle vapes menthol, I can’t even give it away. I like their prices and how fast they ship. What am I to do with this company?!?! Sincerely Janne’ce Brown Moses Lake Washington.”

“Glad they still ship to louisiana, but I am not sure about the quality. I ordered coils for a novo 4 and I noticed the coils (same liquid, same every thing else) seemed to burn up and out on a day. Usually, my coils last maybe two weeks. As long as I don't have to, I won't order from vapesource again.”
