“Given no tracking information for my package, and when I reach out to customer service for help there is little to no response. Shipping takes quite a while and don’t expect to know where ur package is at any time.”

“I get all my vape supplies here. My Smok Novo X vapes, pods and Naked juice. The prices are great compared to vape shops in town. Unfortunately, the vapes I buy sometimes don't work well and they won't honor the warranty on them. That's why the 4 star review.”

“Sold me a broken eleaf istick i75 that doesn't charge. There costumer service was some of the worst I've ever experienced. I loaded a YouTube video of the device not charging. They still refuse to honor the manufacturer warranty or any warranty at all for that matter. The device doesn't charge and they don't care. Never got a full charge, replacement or anything. Customer Support just claims I don't know how to charge it. I'd give them zero stars if I could!”

“The latest orders have been awful. They are using a bottom tier delivery service called GLS and they simply don't do their job of delivering. I live in a major city so there is no excuse for not delivering. On three separate orders the packages were returned to the sender and no one ever attempted delivery. After the third time I decided to go with another vape company. And it's extremely hard to get in touch with vapesourcing. They almost never answer emails. They used to be good, not anymore. Such a pity I won't be using them anymore.”

“Terrible service. My order has been pending for almost 7 days. They told me they did not have the product in stock, I asked for a refund and they still have not refunded me. Terrible!!!! DO NOT SHOP HERE!”

“Super super bad company. I'll never order again from them. I ordered 2 packages from the same model, I got the bad model and they didn't make it right. Now it's more then 3 months and didn't got any answers from them...very bad people...”

“Be wary of this company. If you receive a dead (no fire, no lights, wont charge) disposable, they will not help you. We all know that sometimes disposables are dead right out of the package. In my experience about 1 out of 10. I've ordered multiple times and was satisfied until my last order. I had one dead disposable no fire no lights wont charge. I contacted them to get a refund and they had ridiculous demands for a refund. One of the demands I couldn't meet (wanted a number off the shipping label that was thrown away days before, who keeps a shipping label?). Contacted them and said I was happy to mail the vape back to them at my cost so they could see it was dead. They responded with the same demands. They didn't even read my response to them.”
