“I've held off writing this until my order was complete. I ordered some IVG disposables and honestly they were terrible. I tried each one of an order of 5 and they either didn't work or didn't turn off after taking a draw. I made VapeUK aware and they've taken the product back (they paid return) and offered me an alternative or a refund. Fantastic after sales.”

“Vape UK have a great customer service and treat you very much like a valued customer. Never had any issues. Unfortunately can't give 5 stars because they have taken away there rewards for writing a review. I use quite a few vape companies and they all have reward schemes. Sorry, just my honest opinion.”

“Before reading my review on 10 Motive vapes I use below, this advise will save you money and hassle if you don't already know that it's important to clean the rechargeable batteries and also the USB's every time before charging the battery, or at least very regularly. I've been using 10 Motive Vapes for almost 7 years but in the early days used to return some refills because didn't work or didn't work for very long and they replaced them without question. Also and although the batteries do have a limited life span and will need to be replaced, found that it was likely I'd disposed of many batteries which would still have worked for an age longer once I started to clean the ends. I do this with simply forming and forcing hard into the battery end tissue paper, others I know use fine wire wool. Try it, honest it cost nothing and possible you will have a different opinion if thinking either the refills vary in taste or length of use and/or battery life. A heavy smoker since teens, now mid 60's tried but could never give up either the addition of nicotine or habit of having what a 10 Motive Vape gives of something like a ciggie in my hand. I'm not into the flavours simply the mid strength tobacco flavour, and whilst still cost money and not likely no harm, nothing like cost of or harm done by smoking tobacco.”

Hi Mark, Thank you for taking the time to leave a review, I am sorry to hear you have not yet received your order from us and for any inconvenience this may have caused. We did try contacting you by email and telephone, but are yet to hear back from you. We have looked into this further and can see that the parcel which left us on the 14th of June, is showing as having been delivered on the 16th of June by the Gosport Delivery Office, courtesy of Royal Mail. Could the parcel have been left in a safe place or taken in by a neighbour with whom you can check with? If you can confirm your full delivery address, I will raise the matter further with Royal Mail and get back to you when I know more. “I purchased the menthol online due to the quick delivery from Vape UK. It was an excellent service and arrived quickly. The only thing is the menthol is not as strong as the other brand I use and it seems a bit lighter. But it's still grest!!”

“Order have all come sooner than expected and with the correct items. Very happy with the popcorn flavour, smells tastes just like it. Wish there was better guides on self mixing had to go off site to find the ratios for 6mg. 2x10ml-20mg + 50ml = 5.9mg btw.”

“The unit i bought about a year ago has been great, great battery life instead of having but with the tanks when they are delivered in a jiffy bag quite a few of them tend to be damaged. When sent in a box there are no issues”
