“Very good service! The only thing I will say is I ordered 50/50 juice like it says on website! But when it came it came as 60/40!!!”

Thank you for leaving us a review Mark, I see that you are local to the store in Portslade. We are offering a collection service for our local customers, where they can leave an order note, explaining they wish to collect from us, once we receive this we contact them to let them know it is ready. Unfortunately a large percentage of our running costs is spent on postage with Royal Mail, which we absorb some of but as much as we would love to offer it for free, it isn't financially feasible to do so. “Excellent products and always on time , will be dropping a star though as the spare bulb glass I ordered for my tfv9 tank does not fit unfortunately. Apart from that , I have never had a problem”

“Was one of the few places I could get a bubble glass and extention for the smok tfv9 and found the process of registering and ordering very user friendly with a good range/price . Only fault I can find was a later than advised delivery , was expected 31/12 but didn't arrive till 05/01 , in current situation that isn't bad but should really be factored into initial arrival date”
