“Needed a new glass tube. For some reason, none of the high-street shops don't sell them for my vape. The only thing I would say is I found the postage price a little unnecessary. What I wanted costs £4, but had to pay £2.99 for postage for something that doesn't cost nearly as much to send. So, £6.99 for a small tube? Bit annoying, but other than that, it came the next day and pretty happy :)”

“Overall when it works it’s great, however it might be just because I’m using it incorrectly but it seems a bit temperamental when clicking to try and inhale and doesn’t always work, for some reason I have to take the cap and screw it back on to make it work again. I thought it was the battery being uncharged but I constantly it have it charging to make sure!”

“The most recent order I placed had an incorrect liquid inside. However, I called up and a new order was placed straight away with the correct eliquid, free of charge. The service provided at VapeUK has always been really good and it is clear all staff works towards customer satisfaction, so I definitely recommend this store! The only downside I would say is once you become familiar with eliquid brands/ types etc, VapeUK can actually be quite expensive, and often the same products are sold elsewhere at lower prices, which has led me to shop elsewhere for some products. Other than that the service is really great, so even though it may be slightly dearer in price, the service is well worth it!”

“Vape is really good, it’s smooth, doesn’t burn your lips while still having the hit at the back of your throat making it seem super close to how a cigarette usually does. Really good starting off kit and the cheapest I’ve seen anywhere. Only slightly annoying thing is (might just be me) but sometimes I don’t know if I’ve turned it off or on or whatnot because it’s just flashing lights but other than that I dont really have anymore to say! Would recommend”

“First time using vape uk and read great reviews, the website layout is great and easy to navigate, but for my first time ordering from here and them forgetting part of my order was a little disappointing, they did send out the missing product quickly but I think as a first time user the order should be in full and checked to make sure people use the site again in the future 👌👍”
