I ordered a gear box and they keep lying and giving me different excuse and no call backs will be getting in touch with the trading standards. I will never drop this till I take this company down. I have read all the reviews and all the good ones are FAKE. I know you are reading this VAUX SPARES LTD and you have now messed with the wrong guy I will be your worse nightmare. Give me my money BACK I will be calling tomorrow and every day till you pay me back !!!!”
“Avoid this company at all cost I placed an order with this company for a corsa Vxr engine costing £1200 pound they said it would be delivered 3 days later I waited then aloud another 2 days because it was a bank holiday I rang them back and it’s just excuses after excuses about 3 weeks later I asked for my refund then all of a sudden they didn’t want to be nice any more I kept ringing every day and they kept saying u have to wait about 3 days later I rang again and they said they put the wrong details in in the end I had to go threw my bank to get my refund so my bank will be getting it off of them the only thing they were quick at doing was taking my money”

Absolute bunch of crooks!!! Lie after lie after lie..... Took the best part of 6 weeks to get my money back (over £400) for an engine they never delivered. Apparently refunds can only be issued by the accountant on a Saturday morning, and it’s such a shame he’s so often late or on lunch. Michael and Douglas are the owners so if ever you need advice on how to scam, lie or come up with every excuse in the book as to why you’re not getting your money back they are the people to speak to. DO NOT USE!!!!!!”

ordered engine and paid for on 24/04/19. Today still awaiting delivery. After numerous phone calls to (barry, who suggested that any problems. Or if you need any more spare parts. Don't hesitate to call me) Barry is suddenly unavailable to deal with my problem, however there customer service just hit an all time low this morning after a phone call where my engine has now been cancelled and have to wait more than a week for my refund due to negligence on there part to deliver my engine on time/when scheduled. (Attempted delivery twice now )And the attitude on the telephone today was that this negligence and lack of customer care was suddenly all my fault.(engine cancelled) bang down goes the telephone. Had to phone back to find out when would be refunded. To then be told by (Imran) that ( you are taking your frustration out on the wrong people) and you can put whatever comments you like through breaker link reviews. But guess who shut it down so I can't make a review. Within 10 minutes of that telephone call. Absolutely furious and disgusted by this company's method of customer service/care. And would never recommend that anyone use this company”

Would give 0 stars but not an option. Bought an engine from them for about £1200 after getting them to confirm by email it was the right engine (A17DTR) i wanted and they sent an older model engine with different code (Z17DTR) which i can get for £500 locally and they said it is the same as the one i originally ordered and will fit but i contacted local vauxhall dealer who said it won't fit. VAUX SPARES said that vauxhall are wrong and dont know what they are talking about 😂. Luckily i checked the engine and code before it came off the delivery truck so it was a straight refusal and not left to me to send it back. Paid for it on credit card so i was covered if something went wrong like it done. Waited 2 weeks for refund which still haven't received too date so the bank have refunded me and are chasing CON ARTISTS VAUX SPARES for the money. STAY AS FAR AWAY FROM THIS CON COMPANY AS POSSIBLE”
