"I am extremely unhappy about the \u2018new improved\u2019 (NOT) account summary page. \r\nThis is cumbersome and clunky.\r\nWhen clicking on the orders button, no longer can I see a clear list of orders and the prices for items I have paid. This is now an extensive complicated list which I have to scroll through unnecessary information to see what I have actually bought. Prices are no longer visible either which I find dishonest and misleading.\r\nSo not only have the prices paid now disappeared from the delivery notes ( this happened a few years ago as though to keep this info from a customer immediately seeing it\u2026.. I presume to deter from returning the item on impulse after seeing the cost), but now they have gone from the orders section of the account summary page. \r\nTo view prices paid I have to now visit transaction page or statement. How is that easier for the customer?\r\nWhoever is responsible for these changes obviously does NOT use a Very account themselves. The information is now much more difficult to find and \u2018obscured\u2019 which I find dishonest!!!\r\nWhen big changes like this are made the customer should be involved\u2026not just someone sitting in an office looking for something to \u2018improve\u2019 to justify their role!!!!\r\nPlease can you revert to the original accounts summary page once again. It is causing anxiety in this household and I imagine many others."

"I AM SHOCKED TO READ ALL THESE REVIEWS BECAUSE I AM GOING THROUGH A SIMILAR PROBLEM . I RECIEVED A DAMAGE ITEM , THEY FAILED TO PICK UP THE BOX , I HAVE BEEN ON THE PHONE TO THEM CUSTOMER SERVICE IS THE WORST EVER ALL OF THEM ARE BASED IN AFRICA WHERE THEY THEM SELF'S DON'T GIVE A F *** ABOUT THE COMPANY ..GIVEN WRONG INFO , PASSING YOU FROM ONE OPERATOR TO ANOTHER .THIS COMPANY NEEDS CLOSING DOWN ASAP .VERY ARE UNBELIEVABLY DISAPPOINTING . NO COMPANY OUT THERE WILL SURVIVE IF THEY CARRY ON THIS WAY \r\n.I USED PAYPAL SO MY CASE HAS BEEN RAISED . WHAT A LOAD OF GARBAGE . "I usually don\u2019t have any issues with Very but I bought a bag from them for \u00a385 and when the bag arrived it had a tag on it showing the actual price as \u00a325.72. When I called and asked them to price match to the tagged price they refused and even tried to convince me that the price on the website could have changed to \u00a325.72 after I bought it \u2026 it hadn\u2019t! They then tried to offer me a \u00a35 voucher as a gesture of goodwill for their dishonesty. This has honestly put me off using them in the future."
