Good luck if you need to return items! This has happened twice now. I will NEVER buy from them again.
I'm so utterly weary of this company. I returned several items because of inconsistent sizing. I only kept one item. They didnt recredit an item I had returned in the same parcel with my other returns they recredited the item I kept instead. This created all sorts of confusion I can't be bothered to go into yet again.
I called them several times and didn't get through. The one time I did I was waiting 15 minutes then heard someone breathing and got cut off. I wrote an actual paper letter to head office twice. There is no email address. They emailed me a response eventually which showed they completely misunderstood my letter. I was unable to reply to the email. I contacted them via eVery social media profile they have. This exposed me to scammers pretending to be them responding. I also tried their "contact us form" and online chat. No resolution.
Eventually a genuine Very staff member responded and told me the changes would show on my next statement. I have waited until today to view my statement. It is still exactly the same. I have kept an item which should have cost me £3.99 deliVery plus £22 for the item, MINUS a 20% discount I was offered. But I'm having to pay £40 because of their repeared failure to understand the issue and by making it insanely difficult to contact them.
If they reply here and say "we are Very sorry, please contact us" etc. It is all LIES. They do not understand issues and they do not care. When it happened previously and I actually got through on the phone the assistant could not understand. She just started going silent and ignoring me. I naturally became frustrated and she laughed at me. I will NEVER buy from this company again.
I am going to report them to Watchdog.

Ride and unable to understand customer services. Order expenses iPhone, paid for tracking and special deliVery. Not delivered, no one informed us and now saying it could be by the end of the week ! Won't refund or speak to couriers to find out where or when it will be delivered.
Tracking number doesn't work .
Feel like we've been ripped off

Ordered my Very first item from Very and what a nightmare , Very saying order as been delivered, it hadn't, and Yodel saying item returned to Very , unable to deliver , they said , even though I booked the deliVery to one of their drop-off points of which I received an email from Yodel confirming this , this happened twice , even Verys customer service couldn't understand it ,was told to cancel order then reorder , the item was about £30 more expensive than when I ordered it the first time , I cancelled the order and the account, the item was a shark fan , must say this is worst online shopping experience I've had
