“Ik heb een hoop negativiteit gelezen. Maar ik heb 3 vesten besteld en zijn van prachtige kwaliteit. Plus de maat klopt, keurig verpakt en de keuren zijn excact als op de foto. Best snelle aflevering, en werd constant op de hoogte gehouden waar of wanneer ik het ging ontvangen. En ik heb het met afterpay gedaan dus op oplichters is absoluut niet waar. En ja ik ben een echte klant en geen familie van het bedrijf. Super blij met mijn bestelling en zal zeker in de toekomst nog meer bestellen. Heb trouwens al een tweede bestelling lopen ook via afterpay. Vera Voga geweldige betrouwbare site heeft u, dat is mijn ervaring met jullie. Groetjes Michelle La Rondelle.”

“Ordered an off the shoulder star top in XL . Arrived to small ordered 3XL As wanted the same look as the one in the photo large neck so off the shoulder..... 3XL came ...same size as XL rubbish . Awaiting information now on how to get full and I mean FULL no postage cost refund.”

“I ordered 5 Dresses from Very Voga on the 13/12/2019 up until now I enquired to them on the 02/01/2020 and they apologised and promised that they will try to send them so that i can receive them on or before the 12/01/2020 and they also told me that they have made two parcels with my surprise I only got 1 item of which I only received 1 item on the 17/01/2020 the other stuff don't know what is happening, sent them so many emails no response. Also asked them to refund me but without success.”

“I ordered a Sequin dress for my daughter on 4/1. I was very happy with the tracking updates. Received dress today 15/1. Beautiful - Nicely made. Only problem is I ordered a XXL(46) and got (38/40) in size. It was a special request and I paid for quick delivery so it would be here on time. Cannot send it back as new one will not arrive on time. Feeling very sad.”

“Do not do business with this company. They ship their products directly from China which means you are unable to return the items for a full refund. They offered me a 40% refund after I declined delivery of the item since I had cancelled the order days before it was shipped.”

“If I had read the reviews I would have NOT ordered from Veryvoga the PJ'S came after Christmas. and were no way a 3 XL extremely poor quality. Now to try and get a refund.”

“TERRIBLE Pajamas - tight and all polyester - uncomfortable, don't break and make you sweat. Only 14 day return policy during Christmas and no exchanges? They don't let you submit a request to customer service so I can't even reach them on this. WARNING! Stay away from this company! The looks of their products are very deceiving!”

“The order took weeks to arrive, and only arrived one day short of Christmas. The quality of the pajamas were so poor, that we didn't even get to wear them on Christmas day. What a waste of time and money.”

“My daughter asked santa for family matching pjs. The only thing she wanted ha ha. I placed my order Wednesday before Christmas. I paid for the priority shipping. Hoping it would arrive in time. I got the shipping notice it would arrive the 26th by end of day. Amazingly enough monday the 23rd i got a message saying it would be delivered that day!! And it was! So happy with the pajamas and the service. Christmas morning was quite exciting when we all came into the living room matching. Thank you. I will order again.”

“Disgracefully delivery. Ordered items on the 3rd December for Christmas and they are due to arrive on the 30th December. Slow delivery, unhelpful staff dealing with communications, slow processing. The only thing they were really quick at was taking my money!!”

“If I could give negative stars, I would. I ordered over 4 weeks ago and have only received half the order. The pajamas are super small- not true to size at all. Extremely disappointing as this was meant to be a Christmas gift.”
