“My mother passed away less than a week after delivery. Sorting through her things we found an unopened parcel I emailed customer service as it was around 4 weeks after delivery but all recent stock and in no way an outrageous amount of time passed and they would not accept a return in the circumstances but then adding insult to injury offered me 20% a future purchase. Well if there was a chance I would have gone on the website and looked after such a policy and insult I never will now. Awful customer service”

“SCAM - The 80% recommending must be the fraud company owner. You won't get your order and the few that due say it's very cheap or not at all like it's described. No customer service number only links that lead you to 404 Error. Do NOT order from this site!”

“Det här är nog det värsta jag har varit… Det här är nog det värsta jag har varit med om någonsin som klädbutik online, de lovar att skicka varor inom 24h Vilket man får glömma från detta företag överhuvudtaget!! får höra av mig till dem flertal gånger men får inget svar och loggar man in som de beskriver på deras hemsida för att ångra köpet så helt plötsligt så kan jag inte logga in dvs det ser ut som man inte har något konto där och är omöjligt för min del att ta tillbaka och ångra...dvs att det skulle vara omöjligt för mig att gå vidare om inte klarna hjälpte till och efter minst en månad fram och tillbaka när man fått uppgifter från klarna och skickat och bökat med detta flertal gånger att man inte vill ha dem mer så skickar de varorna en då, man får betala själv för frakten tillbaka som de kräver att man skickar till Polad och det måste vara rekommenderat dvs man betalar över 300kr. att de lockar människor med sitt urval av kläder så ska ni veta att kläderna är säkert 100% från kina jätte dålig kvalité och ser inte alls ut som de visar på bilderna överhuvudtaget, en klänning va helt genomskinlig och underkläderna syndes igenom vilket jag aldrig skulle beställa, dessutom va en klänning alldeles för kort och slapp i matrial och såg ut som en trasa rakt i genom... stora varningar med kvalité och service beställ inte från dem ni kommer att ångra er!!!!!”

“I ordered two pairs of shoe that arrived looking NOTHING like what show on the website. Poor material, ill fitting and basically CHEAP. I download the refund form and paid postage to return on 12 Nov 2020. No refund and have not hear from them. I will NEVER EVERY buy from them. Money spent and session learned.”

“Took many weeks to delivered the product. Tried to return it and they have their system setup to recognize your purchase date as the “delivered” date so that by the time you try to return something it would say that it’s been over 30 days when it has not !”

“I order a sweater 1,5 month ago. According to them it had arrived 4 weeks ago to Greece but still haven't receive it. After many many e-mails they do not gave me the contact details from their forwarder and they do not answer to any of my questions. Of course l have report they to the Greek authorities and waiting the results. I report them not for the money, which l will never take back, but for the deception. Please make your self a favor and DO NOT ORDER from them. They are fraud !!!!!”

“Ordered a pair of PJs for my daughter and me for Christmas. Almost 2 months prior no less. As the date began to approach grew worried it would not arrive. Reached out to company to make sure they'd arrive as I was trying to make it a tradition with my daughter to do this. Was told, "need to be patient it is on the way." What customer service is that? Hey I'm worried I won't have a package for Christmas that I ordered two months prior and have been "shipping" for 60 days. Package arrived today. Unreal. Never ever ever ever order from VeryVoga. Horrible company. Horrible customer service. Would give negative stars if I could.”

“I ordered Christmas Pajamas on 12/11. I paid extra for fast delivery and was told the item would arrive on 12/16. the item arrived after Christmas. No offer of a refund on the delivery charge. I also have to pay the shipping cost on my return.”

“It took me 3 weeks to understand what I was facing. They are pretending to give you a tracking link for your order. When you click the Link, you just see a page in Chinese with no information about your order. Also none of the links including "online help" works on the Chinese page! (screenshot attached) I am afraid they will not return my money if I want to now. Be careful with Veryvoga!!!”
