“You must NEVER buy anything from them! I ordered two dresses from them for me and my daughter. They where supposed to be exactly the same dresses, but in different colours. The dresses in the picture seemed to be glittering. But when we got them, they didn't look like the picture at all. My dress had big sequines, my daughters dress had small sequines. They were awful! And some sequines on her arm was felled off. Veryvoga sent me an adress in Belgium for return. They said they never recived the dresses. And they didn't pay me back all the amount. The refund was only 40%. I lost $100 on this trade. Never, ever trust Veryvoga!”

“I wrote in for a refund returned the shoes because they were such poor quality they were useless. I chased for an answer for 2 weeks. They eventually got back to me saying I could have a refund if I removed my negative review. That is their position, only refund if I remove my review. I think this is not legal. Also creating an account for reviews means giving all this personal info I don't have. I just want a refund as they have their shoes back. I wouldn't touch this company with a barge pole now. They are black mailing me for what is my legal right. I'm reporting to trading standards.”

“The worst cheap tacky clothing I think I’ve ever bought the material is broken the colors were wrong and so was sizes do not have a buy from this website I am out of pocket 167 pounds and I’m going to go to trading standards as nobody should suffer this kind of con and rip off. How these people can sleep and I do not know!”

“If you were able to give this a ZERO star I definitely would!! All the clothes are far too small. They are definitely not true to size unless you come from 'the shire' in the Lord of the Rings!!! It is impossible to get a refund and I reckon I am going to have to suck this one up. Its the first time in my many years of online shopping that I feel I have been completely ripped off. I usually do some good research and look at reviews when I am buying off a new company and I don't know why I didn't with this one. Lesson learned there!! I am going to take this further with some kind of trading standards as I can see far too many of us have been duped by this company. Just send us all a refund, what's so hard about that! You might as well have worn a mask as this is just complete robbery!”

“It is honestly absolutely not worth ordering with them unless you have money to throw away. I ordered a dress a month ago for a wedding, the dress was not delivered by the courier, I contacted both the courier and Veryvoga with no luck, no offer of a replacement dress being sent out, just VeryVoga refusing to acknowledge my frustration and request for a refund, I have been asking for 3 weeks now, its so simple I paid for goods that were not delivered so I simply want a full refund, for which they are now refusing to refund unless I remove my online reviews. If they had simply refunded me in the first place I would have had no need to right a review. Ive been going back and forth every day sending messages and they still haven't issued a refund.”

“I bought a pair of sandals, but when they arrived, they were not good. Material was cheap. Quality was very poor. No idea how the buckle worked. Absolutely useless and I was really disappointed. Now I am struggling to get a refund.”

“I purchase clothes online a lot, but never ever have to experience such a bad customer service like this. I ordered a dress for my mum in the middle of May with standard delivery. As per their website, standard delivery is between 7-15 days. Between this time, I have not heard a word from VeryVoga. I contacted them, received a "copy and paste" response that delivery will be displayed soon and be with me within 7-15 days. After a month, contacted them again, received exactly the same response. At the end, they said that delivery time is based on the date they send delivery, not the date I purchased. So now, after 2 months, my mum still have not received her dress. So frustrating. If I bought this for me, it would not care much. At this point, the item I purchased is no longer available. And they keep asking me if I want to get a refund or awaiting for the order. No compensation given and an official apologies from VeryVoga. VeryVoga needs to have an actual customer service team as human team, not a "copy and paste" response team.”

“I have never had such a bad shopping experience! Ordered a dress, the fabric was similar to the shower curtain and in the description was written it was 100 percent viscose (nice natural fabric). There were no any labels at all neither the one indicating fabric composition nor the label with size, price and company name. The dress was stitched in miserable way not by professionals for sure. And after all I needed to spend time keep corresponding with them because of refund.”

“Hey! I have had a very bad experience with Very voga. I paid for an item that I canceled because of a long delivery and I still have not received the money back. Soon there will be two months plus other problems with delivery. Would definitely not recommend this company!”

“I bought a dress and it looks nothing like the picture on the website. The quality is extremely bad. The dress is just 2 pieces of very very cheap material - it looks like lining material - with a v shape cut out of the front piece. It couldn't have cost more than 50 pence to make and that would include labour. WHAT A RIP OFF!!!!”

“Item is far to small, and looks cheap too, I want to return but not clear instructions for returning. Even they don’t show the address to return. It says depends on which delivery company I use. I understand cost may change but address changes depends on sending by post office or parcel force?? I feel like they will say they never received and not giving me refund so I will lose more money for paying returning postage. This happened to others according to feedback. Stupid me why I didn’t read these comments before I buy. Just 100% regret, I can not recommend to friends this company. No returning form or dispatch note, no tag, nothing came with it. Is this normal Chinese way to do business I wondered.”
