“Terrible purchasing experience! It's a 100% Chinese company, called Lebbay Network Technology Co., Ltd, owning a few online fashion brands, locating in Shanghai, Guangzhou and Suzhou cities. I purchased a V-neck dress from their website. The quality is very low compared to their website pictures. I contacted the customer service asking return & refund. At first the customer service offered me about 7 Euro refund and no returning. When I insisted the return & refund, they provided me a code and an address. It's in Belgium! The returning shipment fee costs me up to 18 Euro. Then I wrote to them asking why I paid 4 Euro shipping fee for purchasing and now returning fee is 18 Euro. No reply any more! I called their Shanghai office number and their attitude was super rude! My review to Veryvoga: 0 star! My suggestion to potential buyers: 0 considering about buying anything from Veryvoga!”

“Rubbish company,six weeks now from when I ordered. No customer service all you get are rambling emails which are indecipherable. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM,”

“Like other customers, if I had read the returns pilocy would not have used! Good are not as website puctures and trying to retun an item is like pulling teeth. You chase and chase and they are reluctant to send you a returns form and address to send back to. They obviously don't understand the customers statutory rights at all. Avoid using as not worth the hassle.”

“If I could give it no stars I would! DO NOT USE!!!!!!! Quality was awful and not like the pic, sent it back and been waiting 1.5 months for refund and nothing! Surely they can not trade?”

“Marilyn I wish I read the reviews before useing this company. Same problems as other customers, 7 weeks for order to arrive. Too late/ bad quality/ size incorrect/ no refund yet just fobbed off... Please, Please do not let this company get away with this. Keep sending them emails. Iwill not give up, they should not be allowed to steal from customers.”

“One plus is to much ! Never ever I'm still waiting my shop online...and my first experience with faux fur was terrible ; My second , almost same time with first order.....And no I'm waiting...ill could se my " track plan 5 weeks instead of one-two day , mostly 14-15 days.....!!!!Google translate always if you have some question , " no real person ill think?! And 50 krouns to youse (ca5€ ) because of trouble and the same compeny!!!”

“Do not but from this company they are liars and stealers I ordered on line three months ago and no item delivered. I have emailed them numerous times and all excuses. Now when I email they won’t reply. They will take your money and no product delivered. Please please do not order from this company”

“I actually wanted to give this review no star at all. I do wish that I had read the reviews before I ordered anything on this website. I ordered my first item which did arrive in good time and then I made the mistake of my life to ordered another item and paid for it via expedited shipping. it is over two and a half weeks now and there has been no shipment notification. I have sent an email to the After sales team and there has been no response even though they were meant to get back to me after 24 hours and this is now 72 hours. I have had to place another order with a UK company and this order is already on its way even though I just did it about two days ago because I needed the dress for an occasion of which VeryVoga has failed to deliver even though I placed the order well in advance- 3 weeks ago. Please do not buy anything at all from this website. they are not reliable and they are quick to take your money and has no decency to even respond to customer's email. I wish there was a place for no stars because they re unworthy of any stars at all. Please don't you ever ever patronise them. It will save you all the trouble of losing money Just like I have just had to do.”

“I ordered a swimsuit. Checked the size chart. I’m a big lady so needed size 22/24. The size chart measurements indicated I needed a 5 XL. When it arrived it was more like a size 12/14. The returns policy states it will not accept returns on swimwear , lingerie and earrings . I didn’t even attempt to try it on it looked so small. I will not be ordering anything from this company again”

“I ordered this item on Feb. 5 and it was delivered on March 17th. The quality was absolutely awful -- thin and cheap looking. The sweater looked nothing like the photograph. They don't tell you that this company is in China. They can hardly write English and the item was sent through China Post, so I can't send it back. Buyer beware!”

“The item I ordered did not arrive by the paid for special delivery (in excess of 8.00) and I therefore had no need for the item as the function that I needed it for had past. I did try on at least 3 occasions to get them to find out where my parcel was but I just kept getting an extreamly irritating "Thank you for you business, we are sure you will be delighted ...." reply. Eventually 3 days late my parcel arrived, however as it was of no use and poor quality I decided to return. I have now sent at least another 5 emails, but all I keep getting are offers of free vouchers for more products! An absolute waste of time, money and energy - avoid them and their sister company JJshouse.co.uk at all costs.”

“Things of terrible quality. Their composition and appearance does not match the description and photos on the site. Delivery from China. The service is terrible. Employees pretend not to understand. I returned the goods back, it is confirmed. The store simply did not return my money.”

“Would rather give it a no star. Send a jacket back on the day I received it because it did not look like the picture, was damaged and very very poor quality. 4 months later still no payment. And they claim that my package never arrived and I have to wait more! While I even send them my send confirmation. The worst service I have ever witnessed”
