“I have complained here 1 week ago. Very Voga have tried to get me to remove my honest comment, saying that if I do they will give me a refund...I returned the item in June...no result yet. All they appear to be concerned about are my posts on this review site. I have told them I will try to remove my comments once my refund is back in my bank account, sadly I shall have to take the matter further as I don't see this happening. Once again caviat emptor”

“DREADFUL... it is MISREPRESENTING THE GOODS THAT THEY SELL... there is no discount they will send you something that is a 'variation' on the picture that you see on the website.. so if it is a button up dress, which seems to 'button up' you will find that it doesn't button up they just saw button so it looks like it buttons up and unlike the picture which shows that the dress can be unbuttoned for example on the upper part it doesn't. The sizing cannot be trusted (and I am very standard size in the UK), and the material is terribly poor quality despite the fact that they present the goods as if they were expensive goods discounted. Effectively you get very cheap counterfeit from China AND you have to pay to return the goods.. Don't do it.. the picture on the website is just that. In the UK They are in breach of the Consumers' Act, misrepresenting the goods that they sell.................... DO NOT TOUCH and tell your friends.”

“Oproep aan allen!!!! Koop hier niets, als het product niet past of je niet bevalt, gaat het je nooit lukken om het te retourneren. Onvoorstelbaar vaak om een retouradres gevraagd maar het slimme chinezen en doen net of ze je niet begerijpen. Echte oplichters bende...”

“I ordered 4 dresses, 2 sizes but none of them fit plus the material looked nothing like in the picture. I returned the dresses but was told I will not get a refund as it was past the 14 days . They reveived the dresses and will not refund . This is THEFT!!! I will take the matter further and seek legal advice”

“Returned a dress as it was too small,after refusing to have it altered by myself or giving it away to family or friends for a voucher off my next purchase,I received an E-mail stating the refund was issued on July 7th.it's now aug 8th and i still haven't got my money,they said for me to chase my bank(not up to me to do).Very poor service and will never recommend,I will be taking this further.”

“Bad quality garment, returned it on 12july 2018 and still waiting for my refund, cannot seem to get any sensible replies, looks like I shall take this issue to the small claims court”

“Dresses are extremely poor quality and they don't except returns if not damaged. Pictures look great but fabric cheap and nasty. In dress with net, it's so harsh if worn would rub skin. Too expensive for what you get and no returns.”

“Worst experiencia ever. DO NOT BUY from veryvoga.com you wont get what they show on the pictures even the description of the material is a lie . You will recieve poor quality copies of the items you order and you wont get your money back but instead a "generous" deal of 30% off the products value, then you can give away this rubish to your family and friends. SCAMMERS!”

“They refuse to send the return form they insist you get for returns..they do offer you a discount off another item in every single message they send you but it took more than 5 days to get the form and that was only as a result of my telling them i would charge £40 an hour for my time. At the same time they remind me i have only 14 days to return the item feom its receipt.. steet clear unless you know you 're not going to need to return!”

“Ordered 7 dresses, various sizes, totally random sizing at their end, medium is bigger than XL! Have emailed twice so far about returns, no response. First email came back undeliverable.”

“If there was an option for no stars, that is what I would give them. Sent shoes in wrong colour and the quality was very poor. No option to return, just an email that never replies. Chat doesn't work. It says don't return item without firm but nowhere to download form and no customer services reply. Never again!”

“Bought 3 dresses I am size 10 -12 bought a large to be on safe side all dresses too small I would probably need a xxl to fit no refund keep the dresses to get tailored or give as a gift 40% off replacement order. Absolute rubbish. Kathleen”

“I have an ongoing situation with Very Voga at the moment. I ordered a dress and it arrived - poor quality and too short for me. I want to return the item for a refund and they are suggesting I take it to a seamstress to have it altered, give it away as a gift or offereing me a coupon for 40% off a further purchase. DO NOT BUY from this company - SCAMMERS”

“My order took 2weeks from placing to receiving the clothes. When they arrived they were of inferior quality and also very small sizing. They did not look anything like the photos on the site. The clothes were too small and although I had asked for a full refund they offered me to take to a tailor and they would pay 40% towards alterations or a percentage as a credit note to buy items for friends and family. This has been ongoing for a week now and all I've asked if for a refund of my money. I will not be using this company again. It is a scam.”
