“I ordered a Sequin dress for my daughter on 4/1. I was very happy with the tracking updates. Received dress today 15/1. Beautiful - Nicely made. Only problem is I ordered a XXL(46) and got (38/40) in size. It was a special request and I paid for quick delivery so it would be here on time. Cannot send it back as new one will not arrive on time. Feeling very sad.”

“I read a number of reviews after ordering and it made me worry. However I have received my order which took a bit longer than expected and when compared to amazon but arrived at the date and time texted to me and I am happy with the product.”

“NOT SURE WHY THE RETURNS ADDRESS IS SO HARD TO OBTAIN? WE DO HAVE RIGHTS TO RETURN ITEMS! PERHAPS VERYVOGA COULD JUST SIMPLY PUT IT ON THEIR WEBSITE LIKE EVERY OTHER COMPANY, MUCH EASIER!”

“I ordered some dresses and had paid via PayPal before I realised the items come from China. That's not like me, as I tend to be on the ball with internet shopping. I then decided to look them up. Yep. I wasn't happy with what I was reading about them, but couldn't find the cancel order on the website. 2 days after my order, I received confirmation from V Voga that payment had been accepted and the dresses were about to be started. I quickly replied that I wanted to cancel my order and have a full refund. It took a few days. They offered me money off, or 5% of the total order. 5% would have been less than the shipping costs, which I pointed out. After that, they refunded me in full within 2 days, having been very polite and courteous. Would I order from them in the future? Maybe just 1 item to see the quality. But 3 out of 5 stars isn't a bad review. You just have to remember there is a time difference.”

“I ordered 5 items. The quality isn't great but 4 of 5 items are wearable and look good (not as good as they do online) but I can't imagine they'll last too long. The fifth item was dreadfully made and the colour was awful. Not like the photos at all.”
