“The delivery of the order was quick. If only the correct items hade been sent! Vet Medic have told me that the correct order will be despatched by first class post straight away and if this happens then no ham has been done and I will be happy that they have given a good service; mistakes can happen and it is how they are dealt with that is important.”

“I think even though it was free delivery I didn't receive my order until a week later. I had to ring but I was told to wait until the following Tuesday to see if it arrived, but it arrived on the Saturday morning. I know it was 2nd class post but I didn't think it would this long.”
