“This is the first time I've used this company. What I wanted I had to get a prescription for. I got that from the vets who charged to my surprise, order my medication for my cat then sent off the prescription to the address the company supplied. It come about a week later. We order again in the future.”

“Please use a delivery service other than royal mail...urgently ordered a certain item to clear up my dogs bowls took 3 days by the the time royal attempted delivery at the cost of £3.99 postage.. because of work I can't get to the post depot to collect my parcel it's been there days..where as with say a Hermes parcel company you can arrange delivery with a courier or ask it to be left with a neighbour... that's my gripe sorry... next time I'll just go to the vet”

“I purchased 2 x Drontal worming tablets, which were reasonably priced and arrived promptly. The tablets are bone shaped and must have been quite tasty, as both dogs munched them like snacks (no hiding them in chicken required). Not sure as to how effective they have been, as I do not think either dog actually had worms - I bought them to ensure they did not. One of my dogs has been off-colour for a few days after. This could have been purely coincidental, as she did not vomit or have loose stools. I would use this company again.”

“Vetmedic is a good Company overall, with quite prompt service, but I was disappointed at being unable to order the quantity of tablets I wanted for my dog. (There are different manufacturers brand names.... which is confusing enough, but not the fault of Vetmedic) I could order Frusemide (Furosemide) and Pimobendan (Vetmedin, Cardisure) singly, but not Benazapril (benazecare, Fortekor, Nelio) so had to use a different Company for those as Vetmedic would only sell me a pack of 28 and my vet would not agree to 28, he agreed to only 15 for a month's supply.”
