“Very slow dispatch, ordered on Thursday evening, not despatched until Monday at 6pm. Delivered on Wednesday afternoon. Disappointed as needed the medication for my cat.”

“I ordered Frontline flea treatment for cats, paying £7 extra for express shipment, which claimed next day delivery. There was some urgency, as our cats clearly had acquired fleas. I stayed home from work to collect the package, which never came. It wasn't until the following day that I received an email saying that they weren't able to use the express service. While they were kind enough to refund my shipping charge, the fleas were given an extra two days to grow and spread before the treatment actually arrived. Had they been faster in keeping me updated, I likely would have cancelled the order and sought a short time-scale vet appointment.”

“Whilst Vet Medic is fairly priced, I did have a problem with a prescription for 9 dog's flea treatments. I lodged the prescription with V-M and ordered the first 6. Then last week, I realised I needed to order the other 3 which I did online. I was told that the prescription ran out a few days earlier and they could not fill the order. I think that is really nitpicking and has put me off ordering from this site again.”

Thank you for your review. I am sorry to learn of the delay. You should have received an email when you order was sent. As you opted for standard delivery this can take longer to arrive at this festive time of year.
