“I bought from this site as i found cheaper then others but my recent purchase I notice product had gone up by £2 and have started to charge delivery now so no longer a happy customer !”

“Unfortunately my product was very badly damaged and broken. I think this may have been the fault of the delivery company however and VetMedic are currently trying to come to some solution.”

“Ordering was simple, getting the product was the problem. One item arrived the second item didn't but after wasting time waiting for the delivery a second and then third time no one seemed to explain or apologise what the problem was, a very sorry state of affairs.”

“I think the postage and package charge is excessive at £6.99. There should be an option for cheaper p and p where the standard charge should be available. Majority of people order dog food well in advance.”

“Quality goods but unfortunately the Postman squashed the box and contents whilst ramming it through the letter box (stupid person) not seen him yet to give him a bollocking. All 6 flea pippetts were all loose in a big box inside a Jiffy bag, not very good really, luckily no damage was incurred. Can't blame you for the damage though but I think you need to revise your packaging system!”

“Products good and at a good price as usual, but the packaging this time was poor. The items were in a simple padded envelope, but this was insufficient to prevent the boxes inside from being crushed, and the aerosol lid being cracked. The actual products inside the boxes look OK, but the packaging needs to be much better.”

“Price was good and tablets were delivered in a few days but tablets were sent loose in blister packs in a padded envelope. As a result some of the foil seals were broken, luckily I was able to use the opened ones straight away. In future I will revert to my usual supplier who, for a few pence more per tablet, delivers tablets in proper retail packaging with leaflets in a box.”

“The ease of ordering, execution of order. was good and delivery was quick. If this had not been the case I would have given a poor rating for two reasons of buying worming tablets. 1. I was not informed that when split the tablet would only have 7 days shelf life. 2. I was advised to follow the leaflet instructions carefully. There was no leaflet instructions enclosed.”

“Ordered and paid on Sunday for various pet items including anti stress tablets for my nervous dog with fireworks, tried to chase up Wednesday as no confirmation of despatch and fireworks imminent this weekend as usual for two weeks, vet medic advised then the order would arrive today, it hasnt”
