Always had good service in the past until now,ordered an item and when it arrive was different from what was shown on the web site, when I phoned to sort out a replacement I spoke to a girl who was quite rude and unhelpful and was only interested in having the item returned and insisted that she will only replace our order when she receives the other one back and was quite rude so I asked to speak to her manager who after quite a long wait came on the phone and just said one word STEVE without even a hello or can I help you so I explained what had happened and he said someone would call us to let us know about a collection and in the meantime would send a replacement that day, no one called So I phoned today as I had not received a replacement to be told that it had not been dispatched yet but would go out today so I hope it has as customers should not be lied to or treated in a rude manner as they have a choice to go elsewhere

Well! You didn't do very well at all. You had my order sitting on your books for at least two weeks. I had to prompt a response to my order. No explanation unt I offered you one ie you blamed the supplier. I gave since moved my regular order to a different supplier.

I was very unhappy with my service. I cancelled my order because they had problems with their delivery company not delivering for over a week and then not being able to locate my package of cat food. It then took another 2 weeks to get a refund following an ignored email to the CEO, ignored requests for the CEO to call me back, before eventually a very nice lady finally sorted my refund out when I called AGAIN to complain. I'd initially been told when I cancelled (due to it taking so long & needing the food for my cat urgently) that I had to wait for it to return to the depot before I could have a refund - I obviously wasn't happy that I had to wait when it was their issue with the distribution company, not mine. Things happen with distribution companies around Christmas time and so I didn't have a major issue with that - it was just unfortunate, but to then not be instantly refunded & to have my requests to address this issue ignored... this is what I feel was bad service.

They would not accept my vets invoice as a prescripion proof that Bess for prescribed the ointment !

My dogs rely on me to provide prescription food and i rely on suppliers to delivery what i order on time. My order did not arrive and i contacted vetsmeddirect twice to be told it was because of black friday and they had been busy. I waited longer and still no food arrived meaning i had to use a substitute food which made my dogs ill. I sourced from elsewhere and wont be returning, i had been a regular customer for a long time but did not get the service i expected and did not get any help when i explained my compliant.

Ordered special dog food then after approx 3 days was told it was not in stock (by this time I had nearly ran out of dog food and it was nearly New Years eve) I was offered a refund but did not receive this for approximately 11 + days. I had to find the nearest place who stocked the food and payed well over the odds due to this issue. I then sent an email asking to be contacted about the poor service and received no reply or contact. Very unhappy with the service provided.

You sent us 8 tins of sensitivity dog food instead of 48 sachets of sensitivity chicken and rice cat food. I have had to call up and get the correct items sent out and have to stay in again to receive the order. Also one of the items I ordered is out of stock. The first order I placed with you was perfect so I don't know how they could have gotten it so wrong this time.

I have placed at least 3 orders with Vet Meds and I've found the customer service to be shockingly poor. My dog is on chemotherapy drugs so quick responses are important during this critical phase. It's not the same as getting a flea/tick collar a day late - timing is critical! In December I left over 11 messages in a 24-hour period with an answering service and did not receive one call back! And believe me that was not the first time. Also the organization surrounding confirming prescriptions and mailing out caused time delays for us as there was a different person paying v who the prescription's name was under. I probably should have checked but my husband placed the order and I was traveling. Fault on both sides but a 3-day delay was too much and we had to rush to the vet for medication. Again not responding to messages and not returning calls, for me, is wholly unacceptable.

I have now had 2 deliveries of Royal Canin GI Low Fat Tinned Dog Food and I am appalled at the state of the tins, bashed, bent and some actually leaking !! - The first delivery I thought someone had dropped a case, we lost about 4 tins and since this is VERY expensive food it's unacceptable. So imagine my horror when I ordered a further 10 cases to find almost half the delivery is bashed and leaking. Still waiting on a reply from Vet Meds - I would NOT recommend Vet Meds.

Thankyou for inviting me to leaving a review unfortunately I was very disappointed first of all the 2 items I ordered and paid for weren't in stock I wasn't notified for 3 days someone did call me on my mobile while I was driving I did ask if she could call me back in 15minutes which she didn't 2 days later I had notification these items were not in stock by email I had planned on worming my horses that weekend so my plans were put on hold despite paying and ordering a week earlier I was offered to order a different product but this would cost an additional £5.18 twice I had to request a refund it was 2 weeks before I received it if I hadn't requested a second time I wouldn't have even got my refund so I cannot use your company again or recommend.it.

Dear Sirs Re order ref: 1566599. I am extremely unhappy that I paid £2.99 on top of the normal delivery charge for 'priority processing'. My order was placed on the evening of 17th October and was not dispatched until 21st October. I feel I paid the extra for nothing and 4 days is not what I would consider 'priority processing' for an order that was required urgently. The goods then turned out to be a waste of money as they were required urgently, so we had to purchase them from a shop after a few days of not receiving the order. You should not have this option on your website if you cannot fulfil the request. I am extremely unhappy and would like to know what you intend to do about it as well as ensuring I am reimbursed ASAP. Regards Tracy Leveridge
