Unfortunately I messed up on my last prescription order, Danilon, but after putting this right I then expected to receive my order straight away. I made numerous phone calls, about 5 at least but nothing arrived for daysdespite many promises that the parcel was posted, then when it didnt arrive it was with the carrier! T I was very disappointed to say the least and wish this was isolated but unfortunately it isn't. I seem to find that my orders are received promptly and I get notified but then things go pear shaped with slow communications and what from my side looks like poor record keeping, even though I am a regular and frequently returning customer. Also my non prescription order was held back as well, when it could easily have been sent out earlier. I dread making an order now as I always feel it will go wrong in some way. I return because your prices are good, but at what cost to my nerves? I'm sorry to say I'm not sure how much longer I will be one of your customer s.

The first three orders for our cat's anti- anxiety medication were delivered promptly and in full. Next time around a very different experience. It took 3 separate attempts by VetsMed to fulfil the order. And it was only 5 packets. Quite honestly this is unacceptable. The tablets were in stock. Yes, prices are competitive but service is poor. This needs sorting.

I have order product from other companies and had product delivered prompt even from China and America but I was not impressed when it too 9 days to deliver a small envelope of product. The package did look like a squashed sandwich but the medication inside was undamaged thank goodness.I think you need to rethink your courier/mail provider. When I phone to find out about my product I got two days of I m sorry we are having a high volume of calls at the moment, leave a message and we will get back to you which I didn't get. Not encouraging. When I got through full marks to the customer serves.

I have been using Vetmeds for some while now and have always been pleased with the service however the last order I made went badly wrong. I order 12 tins of Prescription d/d venison flavoured dog food. My dog is prescribed this by Queen Mothers Vetinary Hospital. I placed the order expecting it to be delivered within the two/three days as listed on your order forms and as it had been in the past. In the event it took over a week with at least six or seven telephone calls to find out what had gone wrong. I was promised that a refund of the "delivery costs" would be made and if I incurred additional costs (as I had to buy it from Pets at Home -14 miles from where I live) I would be refunded that too. In the event there has been no refund of the postage/delivery costs and no one has asked me how much extra I incurred to ensure my dog had his special food. The mileage was 28 miles at say .35p a mile which is £9.80 in petrol and and I had to pay an additional £6.30 for the tins of food as I could only get it in batches of 12 - in the same way as you sell it. As my dog has pancreanitus and cannot eat anything other than the Prescription Diet food this caused me much concern. I look forward to hearing from you. After making a phone call to you to find out why my order was taking so long to get to me i was told my order had been damaged,so i was told it would be with me the following day it did not come. I stayed at home all day as i was told i had to sign for it, not happy as had things i had to do. My order arrived the next day but was wrong i ordered and paid for two bags of dog food and only one turned up. So made another phone call and was told one of the bags had been sent to a different courier, and that it would be delivered later today,but it did not come. Once again we stayed in to sign for it another wasted day.

There was a long delay in telling me the product I had ordered was unavailable, in fact I was only told when I contacte Vet Med to ask where the order was! I have used your service before and found your dispensing service very slow and had allowed for this. However I was left in a very distressing situation of being about to run out of chemo meds for my dog dispute have left plenty of time for my order. I find it unacceptable that your company had taken payment, not contacted me to say the drugs were unavailable and still took several days to return my perscription. I'm sorry to say I feel your service fell well below an acceptable standard.

I spent a lot of money on this order for my pet dog Poppy, who has congenital heart failure. I was going away for a month,so hence the big order. I was panicking because the order took far too long to arrive, and it only arrived the day the morning of my flight!!

This review only refers to this recent order I made, as in the past the service has been efficient. I have 2 cats both on special diets and I need to make sure that I always have a supply of their foods in the house. At the end of December I ordered 2 items, one for each cat, and normally delivery is within 2-3 days, which was fine as I had a week's worth of food left. The order took 8 Days to reach me! I rang twice as we were having to ration what we were giving the cats because the food was getting so low and discovered that despite making our order at the end of December the orders were not picked up by the couriers until 5 days later, and then it took delivery company another 3 days to bring my order, by which time I was having to give the cats chicken and fish from the freezer, which is not ideal at least for one of the cats who has a urine problem, and I worried that he might get ill and collapse without his special food. This is the first time that the order had been so badly handled (mostly by the delivery firm I hasten to add) but I now feel concerned about being without food and have researched alternative suppliers just in case the problem arises again. It would be good to learn that you might consider a change of delivery firm as I have had no problems with this before.

Your delivery included an invoice which wrote all the private information including address, telephone no and email address. If someone opened the box by mistake or intentionally, your clients' private information leaks. I think you should be more concerned about the confidentiality of the private information. As for me, as i have a vicious neighbour from hell, i will not placing the order with you until you have changed your delivery practice as above. kind regards

Placed an order for wet and dry dog food. As order was around £150 I was eligible for free delivery, but because I wanted the food quickly I opted for the 3-5 day delivery time and paid separately for this. Items were in stock but only the wet food arrived in time. Had to chase your company for the remaining items which arrived 12 days after order placed. was offered a credit refund of postage for next order but not impressed with delivery delays.

Hello I received an e-mail asking me to respond a while ago but I held back because I had doubts about the product. To break the feedback down into 2 parts - product and service. The serviceyou offered was great, I spoke to someone on the phone as I was concerned that the product wasn't working and she was really helpful, offered lots of advice but suggested that the product probably wouldn't have worked for the problem (cat lice) so this was a bit disappointing ads I had spent £36 for nothing. Anyway excellent service would definately shop here again Product, frontline. Didn't work. I ordered enough to treat my 3 cats 3 times, which would equate to monthly as suggested (I don't do this so regularly with any of my animals as I think this is over-medicating them). However, while the product said it treated lice biting insects and they would be dead within 24 hours, there were still living ones on one of my cats after 24 hours from treatment. I then made the decision to treat the cat again with another frontline a day or two later and there were still one or two living lice after 24 hours. I was annoyed as the product was advertised for killing lice. It has been suggested that advocate would have been better but the product is on prescription and it doesn't actually say that it will kill lice. I considered asking for my money back on this product either with yourselves or frontline directly.

The item that I ordered was the Daily C however I was sent the hay based vitamin C. I was not informed that I was being sent an alternative or received any updates that the product I ordered was not in stock. I had made contact on line via the website to advise of this however had no reply.

I have already sent feedback but you seem not to have noticed. You took a long while to process and send my order which was not impressive. And since then you've plagued me with special offers. I respond less to offers and more to good service.

I ordered my dog's food from you and paid for a 3-5 day delivery, however it was not delivered as planned until the following week in which time I had to purchase some food from another supplier as I had run out.
