I ordered faliway plug in from you ,it came with no plug in just the bottle,I phoned to say there I was told that another would be sent,the after few days it came it was for a dog,so I phone to say this was told one more would be sent out it,I've got a very nerves cat so put the dog one in returns bags and sent back.just giving up now

Very poor service ordered medication in plenty of time so I wouldn't run out and it took you five days to tell me there was a problem and you hadn't sent medication out, I had to buy them from my vet, very very disappointed, will not be using you again.

I have just phoned 1415 on 31/11 2014 and there is no one to take an order and a not particularly interested telephonist. I was offered areturn call but don't havethetime to sit by phone for your convenience. Peter Mutphy

I made a order for wormers for our Samoyeds on the 12/1014. I paid by paypal as need the wormers quickly as one of my bitches had just been mated, After 2 weeks of still not receiving the goods that I paid for I email to ask where my order was that I had paid for in good faith for. I got no response so after now nearly 3 weeks I then contacted PayPal to investigate and hopefully get my money back. So as a pet owner & breeder of maine coon cats & samoyed dogs I found your customer service very poor and will be posting my experience with your webiste on my Hamshill website & facebook page to warn other breeders and pet owners how I was treated. Ordered a product you said you had in stock. Paid for it and paid for express delivery. When the product was due to be delivered I received an email saying the product was out of stock and you didn't know when it would be in stock. I then went back on your site looked up the same product and you still said it was in stock. Great customer service! Perhaps you need to check your system before saying items are in stock

Will not be buying anything more as my complaint was not resolved to my satisfaction. When my order was received, a bag within a bag it was burst, (burst bags do not stay fresh) and was told by yourselves when I phoned that i had to repackage and return it in order to get a replacement. The bag should have been put in a box in the first place as I do not see why I should have to repackage it. This was my first order and it could have been much more but I have my principles and will not buy anything else until you put resolve my complaint.

Ordered item. Wrong one sent. Phoned, was told to pass item to charity, correct item would be sent out. Item not received in fact it had not been sent! I phoned again, was passed to manager, NO apology, he said it was the wrong picture on the website which I knew as I had checked incase I had ordered the wrong item. Correct item was sent. I should not have had to phone the second time and I should have had an apology. I am not impressed with VDM. Diane Mills (Mrs)

I have been waiting and still am for my order for my cat. You have had my money and I have had no response in the form of a product. Can you please sort this out a.s.a.p. I would not be recommending youu to anyone else. Lynda Chandler

I ordered some vetmedin tablets for my dog and paid extra to get them delivered quicker. I did not receive them when they were due so 2 days on the trot I had to go to my vets to purchase extra and the one day my dog didn't have her medication because unfortunately I had run out of cash. When I contacted yourselves your representative informed that you were waiting for me to send in a prescription which I knew was wrong. When they looked again I was told that some one had filed away the current prescription and they didn't know why. I was refunded the postal charges but frankly that doesn't take away the fact that my dog had to go without her meds the one day, the expense of having to get more and the stress and concern it caused myself.

I cancelled my order due to the complete lack of understanding your staff had that I needed the medication for my dog quickly and had emailed a copy of the prescription to you with an agreement to post the original the next day and the vets were more than happy to authorise the transaction but your staff would not send the medication before receiving the original prescription. I am now using a different supplier paying more for the medication but getting a far better service

I bought a tub of proreward liver treats & upon receiving it I found there was no plastic lid to reseal the tub I rung back to ask for a lid to be sent to me I was put through to dispatch & spoke to the foreman? who promised me somebody would ring back in 5 mins that was 2 months? ago so if this is how you treat your customers I think I will be going somewhere else!!!!!

Started the process of trying to buy a simple pack of Advocate for my Pointer with a scanned attachment of my very expensive prescription ( more than a human one) the whole process took from 25th August to the 8th of September. No doubt you can gather an unnecessary waste of time on my part. By the time I had finished emailing and sending everything in the post, I wondered why I had bothered to try and save any money as with my time and the cost in getting to the end result.......... It would have been cheaper to have purchased from my local vet. Too much red tape and bureaucracy i'm afraid!

Order placed on a Tuesday - paid excess delivery charge for delivery 'within 2 working days' When no delivery by Thurs PM found that it had been ordered too late to qualify for 2 day delivery. No problem - Friday would be soon enough. On speaking to headquarters found that it was not even down for this. '' they would make a special case'' and put it down for Saturday delivery. TOO LATE. Cat had to go into cattery without adequate supply of vet prescribed diet. No refund of delivery payment taken under false pretenses. Will never order from this company again.
