"Viator is awful! Do not use them! We were 9 min to your trip and they cancelled our tour then offered the next day and cancelled on us and no refund! Do not trust them!"

"I was planning a trip to Ireland with a friend a month in advanced and I accidentally booked it for the next day (I\u2019m not even in Ireland!), I immediately called Viator to change the date and after keeping me on the phone for half an hour and \u201ctrying to help\u201d, they said they couldn\u2019t accommodate me because the system wouldn\u2019t allow it. They said that I could dispute it with my credit card company, so I asked them to send me an email that they couldn\u2019t find a work around with their system or override the order. The worst part is they offered me a discount for my next tour and instead of sending it to me via email they wanted to book it on the spot. When I finally looked at the email, they had just sent me a generic email stating their policy as a 100% cancellation fee, when all I wanted to do is to change the dates. I will be reporting them to the better business bureau. You can see the time stamps in the photos. An honest mistake cost $243"

"They just rip off your money for these so called tours they sell you and at the end you get nothing. Be careful"

"Misleading scam. Sold me \u201caccess\u201d to all of the Eiffle tower floors. What they didn\u2019t mention except at the very bottom of the email was that it was a tour guide. The \u201cticket\u201d I purchased was for 7:30 but the fine print told me to collect my ticket at 7pm. I wound up missing the sunset on the Eiffel tower which I was really looking forward to. I wouldn\u2019t up buying directly to all floors and it only cost \u20ac30. They refused to refund me so I\u2019ll be disputing this with my bank."

"We booked a tour of the Sistine chapel and St. Peter\u2019s Bascilica Thursday night. The next day we spoke with the Tour company that morning, showed up 45 minutes early and no one told us until we were on the tour that St Peter\u2019s was closing at 1230 for Good Friday. One would think this would be common knowledge years in advance. They claim they found out the Thurs day morning, still before we booked and paid for our tour. The tour company and Viator totally deny any wrong doing when they only provided half the tour paid for and falsely advertised."
