Our tour guide to Stonehenge, Bath, and Windsor Castle was superb. He was a PhD in archeology and gave a masterclass tour to us the whole day. It was superb. Our bus driver , however , was terrifying: swerving off both sides of the road, driving with one hand behind his head like he was dosing off- just a bad experience. I would absolutely recommend this tour, but would not step back on that bus with that driver again.

We did a two hours walking tour in Bruges and we absolutely recommend it . Our tour guide ,Jian , gave us all the important informations for the city in a witty , humorous , and concise way. We loved the city and we ‘ ll sure come back again.

I booked the Park Guel and Sagrada Famiglia tour which was very nice but needed an hour more or so for staying a bit longer in the park. Our guide Victor was very nice and knowledgeable, his English excellent, I only felt that the whole thing was too expensive for what it included and the duration of it.

I have done several tours in various places around the world with no issues and recently had to change dates on 3 tours and eventually cancel and get a refund. The 2 customer service people who spoke to me on the phone went above and beyond the extra mile to help me even contacting individual tour providers for me while i was on hold. I would definately book with them again

Everything thru viator was wonderful except the dinner and show package. Dinner was at Sicily restaurant in Victoria then off the see wicked the show. The waiters at this restaurant were horrible 9/29/17 poor service and nasty responces to menu requests gave inaccurate directions to show Making us late and having to wait 25 mins in lobby before going in. Would not recommend this restaurant to anyone. Ruined the evening which was my birthday to boot

The Hunter Valley wine tasting day tour from Sydney was nice. We had a good driver who went that extra mile to see that all people were picked up. He held a firm schedule and was knowledgeable. Best part for us was lunch and the cruise home to Sydney at sunset.

We had great luck in Vancouver and Victoria recently. I am taking a trip to Paris soon and have multiple activities planned through Vistor. My complaint is with the Viator app. It does not work and is frustrating. I'm hoping that can be remedied.

Viator was easy to navigate through, quick and easy, I didn't like the fact that for the cartago ruins it was just one building, when it says ruins, plural, everything else was as described

I have been on 4 Viator day trips in two Cities, Madrid and Tokyo. I found that each tour was satisfying and good value for my money. I plan to book more Viator day trips in my future travels.

We've had very good tours from Viator and will continue to use them! However, only 4 stars because the prices are a bit high. Even compared with the same place at the website for the location, Viator is always $5-$20 more.

I found the Viator tours to be fun and they offered some unique things. For the most part the tours were dependable and well organized. The dinners with hosts in cities. Red a little work. They need to ask more questions so they can fit you with the correct host/hostess and the correct menu so that a person can have the complete experience they are expecting. In each of my experiences the hosts/hostesses were wonderful but the food was disappointing and even after I had booked and paid for the dinners I had to keep following up to get the address, etc. But the dinners are good idea and I'm sure they will work out the kinks. All in all I found Viator's tours well worth the money.

Overall, I have not had many issues with choosing Viator. But when I booked my tours in Krakow, Poland, I should have been told up front that you would not pick me up at my hotel. The website specified hotel pick up but only after I booked the tours did I learn that you did not pick up at my hotel. I think you should have a list of hotels for us to pick from so that we are certain you will pick us up and not have to find other transportation.

Whenever I think about a new destination for my holidays, I immediately go to VIATOR to find out what to do and the choices I have. There are always several options and I trust that when I hire a trip here, it will happen. Once in a while there is an issue with the local partner, but nothing serious.

We booked 3 tours in Rome. Colosseum/Forum tour was very good. Vatican tour was also, but a papal event prevented us from going into St Peter's. this was a scheduled event, and the tour company should have known ahead of time. The third tour guide (Fountains of Rome) never showed up at the meeting place. We called them and they told us it had been cancelled. Time wasted. But Viator quickly processed a refund. The guides we had for the two tours we did take were very good.

We traveled in Spain last month; we had booked 2 Guided tours by Viator. The organisation of the tour and the quality of the guides were excellent in both cases. Entry to many important monuments in Spain is by tickets. These tickets are limited and on some days they are sold out even before the day begins. Even if daily tickets are available, the queues are long and time consuming. Through Viator bookings we completely avoided tension and made best use of our time. There were a couple of monuments in Barcelona where we had not anticipated this and wished we had booked in advance through Viator! We thought the Day trip from Granada to Cordoba was over-priced by Viator, and did the trip on our own -- it worked out cheaper. Although the website promised the trip at "upwards from $138", the "actual cost" worked out to more than $350. The original promise was misleading and the price difference between estimate and actual was too big to ignore. This was not value-for-money or clear communication --- principles which Viator is known for.
