“I reported the delivery of a distorted Imperia Wet Room Tray Former (Centre Drain) 900x900x30mm on 7/10/26. I received an emeil from you at 17.28 hrs on 7/10/26 confirming that, "they will do their utmost to get back to you as soon as possible". To date I have received no further communication from your "dedicated customer services team" ?! I have asked for a replacement item as a matter of urgency and this is now causing delay with the conract works. PLEASE ACTION WITHOUT FURTHER DELAY. Many thanks, Ian Fraser. ( Ref.
