“Products quite expensive, sleep pen did not help my sleep at all! And there was no free gift as promised..Serums Ihave bought made no difference to my skin except the salicylic acid which has made quite a difference already”

“I tend to skip the overlong letter to customers because I realised that it was just a load of sanctimonious flannel to sell stuff, the 'discount' is just yet another way to sell stuff but make the customer feel virtuous, I really dislike it, although I do always read which piece of music is mentioned at the end, I hope that it's more than one person writing this nonsense, eventually it will be done by AI.”

“I'm very happy with the customer service and order processing of Victoria Health. However, I am not happy that their delivery courier left my Prickly Pear Oil on my doorstep in the boiling hot sun, so it caused some of the oil to evaporate. Even though I was at home in the office, he did not ring the bell, so I didn't even know it was there.”

Your Prickly Pear Oil should never have been left in direct sunlight, and we completely understand your frustration. While we do everything we can to ensure safe and timely deliveries, Royal Mail clearly fell short this time, and we will be raising this with the them to prevent it from happening again. We also want to reassure you that all of our products, including the Prickly Pear Oil, undergo rigorous stability testing – including being kept in a chamber at 40°C for 12 weeks – to ensure they remain safe and effective even if exposed to high temperatures during transit. While we would never want this to occur, the product is tested to withstand such conditions without compromising quality or safety. That said, we would be very happy to look into this further for you. Could you let us know if there was any noticeable leakage or if the packaging appeared damaged? Thank you again for bringing this to our attention – and for your continued trust in Victoria Health. - VH

“I purchased the heated eye wand to help with my dry eyes. I have been using it every day for 3 weeks. It is easy to use, the heat is lovely and it’s very relaxing. However the main reason I purchased it was to get some relief from dry eyes. Unfortunately it hasn’t helped at all with this which is disappointing. It cost £75 which is a lot of money for the wand which is not working for me. However I gave it a try and it may work well for others.”

“best one out there, just finished mine and looking to buy in bulk now, unfortunately all the dicount codes (£5 off) etc expire... when you may not be ready to buy yet.. thats why giving 4 starts. would be great to have a discount tier system or keep offers for longer. As productus are expensive more dicounts would be great. very informative emails but maybe too long.”

“I’m into my second month of using these after being diagnosed with osteoarthritis in both my Hips at the age of 55. The reviews were very positive which was what made me try these. Unfortunately I’ve not felt any benefit up to now whilst using them.”
