“My emails to the customer services team had been caught in their spam filters - and not received. After posting a review here, they were found and I am told that my issue (a broken bottle of Mrs Whites in the delivery) has been resolved and a replacement bottle is on its way to me.”

“Unfortunately, after only taking one capusle I developed severe stomach pain. I thought it may have been my blood pressure medication, as that also cause stomach pains. I took a second capusle and I had stomach pains again. So I didn't take any more and I have not had stomach pains since. So, I will not be taking these capusles again.”

“I tend to skip the overlong letter to customers because I realised that it was just a load of sanctimonious flannel to sell stuff, the 'discount' is just yet another way to sell stuff but make the customer feel virtuous, I really dislike it, although I do always read which piece of music is mentioned at the end, I hope that it's more than one person writing this nonsense, eventually it will be done by AI.”

“I'm very happy with the customer service and order processing of Victoria Health. However, I am not happy that their delivery courier left my Prickly Pear Oil on my doorstep in the boiling hot sun, so it caused some of the oil to evaporate. Even though I was at home in the office, he did not ring the bell, so I didn't even know it was there.”

Your Prickly Pear Oil should never have been left in direct sunlight, and we completely understand your frustration. While we do everything we can to ensure safe and timely deliveries, Royal Mail clearly fell short this time, and we will be raising this with the them to prevent it from happening again. We also want to reassure you that all of our products, including the Prickly Pear Oil, undergo rigorous stability testing – including being kept in a chamber at 40°C for 12 weeks – to ensure they remain safe and effective even if exposed to high temperatures during transit. While we would never want this to occur, the product is tested to withstand such conditions without compromising quality or safety. That said, we would be very happy to look into this further for you. Could you let us know if there was any noticeable leakage or if the packaging appeared damaged? “I purchased the heated eye wand to help with my dry eyes. I have been using it every day for 3 weeks. It is easy to use, the heat is lovely and it’s very relaxing. However the main reason I purchased it was to get some relief from dry eyes. Unfortunately it hasn’t helped at all with this which is disappointing. It cost £75 which is a lot of money for the wand which is not working for me. However I gave it a try and it may work well for others.”
