The Mastika had no impact at all on my GERD.

I did a patch test on the azelaic acid (PAD) without concern. Then after a day applied to face on damp skin. Looked in the mirror 30 minutes later and my face was dark red. I purchased it specifically to use for irritated mild red skin, but this product did the opposite. Tried again the next day omitting other products to be certain and the azelaic acid was mauling my skin deep red again. Very sore when i cleansed my face.

Thank you for your feedback. Please allow me to explain. Your order was placed 17 days ago and left us 12 hours after your order was received. The delivery service that you selected was standard. We do have an express option (DHL) available for our US customers and if offered to you at checkout. We are a UK-based company and with you living in the US shipping is taking slightly longer due to the Festive period. We hope that you do understand this is out of our control and looking at the tracking that is shared via email with you, it notes a scan this morning that it's with USPS and nearly with you. Unfortunately my magnolia rhodiola did not arrive after Shabir kindly suggested this would hopefully help with a very stressful ongoing family matter. Nearly 10 days later I contacted customer service who informed me the three bottles had been lost in transit by Amazon. I was assured they would be sent again immediately with Royal Mail but again nothing arrived. I again contacted customer service and this time they had got held up in picking or something similar. I asked for a full refund. Very disappointed.

They do not respond to the mail and my order never arrived. The courier service tells me that my order has been lost and in turn another worker from that courier tells me that my order is in Peruvian customs. It should also be noted that I have seen the reviews of that courier and there are quite a few buyers that this has happened to them, my question is shouldn't they better investigate who they work with? apart from that they should even provide some solution, what I think is that they are scamming me because they have not responded to the email that I sent them

I found the patches very good and have ordered them twice. However, when I tried to order them again two days ago, the system would not allow me to do so. The product was excellent but the means to achieving a purchase were not and there was no way I could let Victoria Health know at the time of the attempted order. It is your ordering system that lets you down, not your products.....

I have been a very loyal customer of yours for years! Recently I placed two orders to Greece which I never received as you are probably using the least expensive service of the Hellenic post which is notoriously bad. I have also placed a large order of over£700 (!£ over 30 items!) which was delivered to the U.K. Total of all three orders in one month around 1000£!!! To my surprise, you included for a 1000£ worth of purchases, one Lano hand cream as “gift”of total retail price of 13£! This is definitely a disappointment. Furthermore, you have never ever, offered me a gift card or a discount code. Thanking your loyal customers after such huge orders should be the minimum you should do. Very disappointing. For the price I payed, I would have hoped my product didn’t come already oxidized. Highly suggest avoiding Victoria Health.
