Very disappointing experience. I live overseas and while I paid for custom and duties (it was explicitly manetioned both when I was shopping, in the check-out and in the receipt of the order), I still had to go through an import procedure at the customs hall and pay again, although I had the receipt and all relevant courrier documents. Also, the courrier email simply said 'order delayed, no action needed', but then they sent me a separate email informing me that I had to go to the customs hall and go through an import process. We had to pay for the process and the carrier is now asking for duties although it's on the receipt, so we have to appeal this. The only thing I can think of is that there was a miscommunication with the website and the carrier, but I never had this problem shopping from other websites overseas that require custom/duties, I simply paid for them and the courrier brings the items to my address without me having to go through the import process. It was very stressful and even if the products are good, it was not worth it. I would strongly advise overseas customers to be wary of this company, and perhaps shop elswhere for peace of mind.

I bought my liquid CoQ10 first time a few months ago and again a few weeks ago. The product is abosoultly amazing, however I never received my second purchsse. Royal mail apparently tried to deliver and couldn't, however I didn't receive any email/notification about that. I used the tracking number, found out about it and chose a new timing, they came when I was at home, rang the bell and by the time I was downstaris they were gone! with no notec etc. As I dont have any note left by them, I can't go and get the parcel from them!! It would be great if you would provide other shipment methods like Evri/UPS, or work with some major retailors such as Amazon or John Lewis, I now don't have the trust to order another one, as I am not sure I would ever receive the product.

Very poor for me as every time I took a pill it gave me really bad stomach pain

Customer service is rubbish, they use outdated IT on their web pages and they will randomly cancel your order without refunding you. Don’t depend on them! There are other, more reliable retailers for the items they sell.

Disappointed with product longevity I am disappointed to receive 5 bottles of Sinol M with an expiration date of only 10 months away. There was no mention of a short shelf life on the product page. I cannot finish 5 units before they expire at the end of this year, making this purchase a poor value for a long-term user.

On purchase it was advertised that a gift will be sent out with every purchase, I enquired on 29th Jan 2026 with your customer services team, and I am yet to receive a response. I dont expect a response from this review.

Purchased for daughter heading to University hoping she would be able to take daily. Although the multivitamin lists a number of vitamins it is really difficult to swallow (not taking into account smell and tastes) - even when broken in half. An expensive product which has been left at home instead

AVOID. Absolutely rubbish. Do not bother ordering from this company, if you get an issue they do not respond. I have tried emailing multiple times, no response. They also do not answer their phone. I ordered 2 x vitamin C timed release twin pack and they sent only one. BUT THEY HAVE TAKEN THE MONEY FOR 2! THIS WAS ON 24/12/24- STILL ORDER IS NOT COMPLETE. THIS IS ROBBERY. SO ANNOYING THEY DO NOT RESPOND, OF COURSE WHEN YOU HAVE THINGS TO HIDE YOU WON'T ANSWER WILL YOU!

I can't review the product as I haven't used it. Victoria Health (& Temple Spa) seem unable to answer a straightforward question around the expiry date of the product. I provided the batch number (24082) & was told it lasts 6 months from opening, which wasn't what I asked. Also, as there was no tamper-proof or plastic seal over the bottle top, I said I had no way of knowing when it was opened for the first time, to which Jo (Victoria Health) replied 'the only person who would have opened this is you', when clearly it wasn't, but thanks for questioning MY honesty & integrity. First & last purchase of this or any other product from either of these companies.

Thank you for your review, Temple Spa informed us that they responded to you and here is what they said. Our BREATH OF LIFE doesn't have a tamper seal but a dropper mechanism to only release a tiny amount at a time. We have had an email from the customer directly and have responded to let them know this is the case, and advised the product should have arrived with a cardboard carton. The batch code means the product was made on the 82nd day of 2024.-VH
I had a tummy ache the first time I took one so I haven't had any more yet
