I rang you to ask about the PerfectTint Powder SPF40 as I don’t know how to decide which colour to go for. I was told that unless I have ginger hair I should buy the Cream. I also asked if it would last all day or if it needed to be reapplied. I was told “I don’t know, I don’t think it would last all day, it doesn’t say” !! That was not at all helpful.

The taste is so awful that is impossible to mask when adding to either a smoothie or protein drink. It may be very healthy but if you can’t use it because of taste then it is useless. If I could I would return it. Please let me know if possible. Everyone beware of this taste.

Made an order but the website didn’t tell me that the product was out of stock until several days later. After contacting the company was made to feel like the error was mine and the staff was unapologetic.

I tried this as the description said it was suitable for sensitive skin, but after using it once my skin came up with extremely sore and blistery patches which lasted over a week. This is not for me I'm afraid.

I purchased hyaluronic acid capsules after seeing many reviews of how it has helped with joints and facial wrinkles. I'm on my second pack, and have been taking them for about six weeks. No change with my problem knees, and sadly, my wrinkles remain exactly as pronounced as ever. I've wasted a lot of money!

I have checked the history of messages and seen that you and I did in fact speak earlier in the month and I shared this tracking with you, but only that one email. It notes in your review that you contacted us many times. I can confirm that we did not get these and we pride ourselves on replying to messages really very quickly and helping to resolve any issues that our customer may have. With regards to your shipment, I can see that the tracking has not moved in some weeks. This is most strange and I can only assume that it has been lost. This can of course happen from time to time. No often, but it can happen. -VH

I HAVE YET TO RECEIVE MY ORDER. I'VE TRIED TO CONTACT VH BUT NO ONE HAS BOTHERED TO GET BACK TO ME. IT'S BEEN 3 WEEKS SO I ASSUME THERE'S A PROBLEM THEY DON'T WANT TO DEAL WITH. VH NEEDS TO STAND BEHIND THEIR PRODUCTS AND DELIVERY. I'VE BOUGHT FROM VH BEFORE WITH NO PROBLEMS - DON'T KNOW WHY THEY ARE HIDING AND NOT GETTING. BACK TO ME, BUT IT'S UNACCEPTABLE BECAUSE I HAVE NO RECOURSE.

As per Weekend Read: With every Fulvic Acid Shampoo (240 ml) bought, we will automatically include a free full-size bottle of the Fulvic Acid Conditioner (240 ml), which is worth £25 No conditioner received in parcel yesterday when I opened box to find only the shampoo
