As per Weekend Read: With every Fulvic Acid Shampoo (240 ml) bought, we will automatically include a free full-size bottle of the Fulvic Acid Conditioner (240 ml), which is worth £25 No conditioner received in parcel yesterday when I opened box to find only the shampoo

I bought an expensive candle expecting it to be made with natural smalls. My fault, I did not check, just presumed. When I gave it to my daughter for Christmas she quickly pointed out that it had synthetic perfumes and told me she did not want it. I expected more from you - you are always talking about health etc. I will be returning it as soon as postal services are up and running again.

We take our product sourcing seriously and I wanted to write personally to give some background to help explain the reason that this candle has a synthetic scent. In some cases, rather than sourcing the notes through forestry and animals, synthetic scents replicate natural accords, without harming the environment. It’s this man-made process in a controlled laboratory that can allow for the repopulation of forestry and protection of popular animals (like deer) where the extracts are used in popular fragrances. Besides protecting the environment and animal kingdom, synthetic notes are able to last longer thanks to fixatives. For instance, natural notes have an average shelf life of 1-2 years. However, synthetic perfumes can last up to five years. The fixatives give fragrances increased vitality. The scents don’t sour as quickly as natural perfumes, and the scents remain richer and denser in comparison. At the moment, these are benefits that natural perfumes can’t achieve. Unfortunately I have not received my order - it is still in the PO , because VH. unlike other British traders has not botheted to address the reality of Brexit and allows orders to go to EU countries without making the necessary ecport adjustments. End of buying from VH !!!

The item was on Pre-order as noted on the website at the time of your purchase and was shipped once the stock arrived, and at which time the details of the tracking were shared directly with you. I have just tracked this link shared and noted that it is currently clearing customs in the Netherlands and should be with you soon. Shipments are still taking a little longer than hoped due to Brexit and Covid, both having an impact on the local transport teams. Further to the below, I have just tracked your order. Our delivery partner tried to deliver your parcel on 22-07-2021 but there didn't seem to be anyone in.
