“Good. Same as before. Why are ten characters needed when Ive writen reviews before. Please ask IT to change this. Preferred the old review format which was simpler & quicker. I am unable to uncheck boxes that I may have checked in error . Why are Gender & age necessary - they weren't previously - More data gathering?”

“I haven’t used the shampoo & conditioner for very long, so am unable to give an accurate review, but I found that you don’t have to use much at all, which is good. The liquid is thick and gives a good lather and it smells lovely. In the short time (3 weeks) I have been using this product, my hair seems to be in a better condition and can’t wait for my very fine hair to improve with time.”
