“Previously I would have given 5 stars as I've been purchasing products for a year or two from Victoria Health and always received good customer care, speedy answers to questions I had about products I was thinking to use. I have been waiting approximately 2 weeks for an email response about a faulty product and a query about application of the items I purchased. I even sent a follow up and no response.”

“I bought this item as you recommended it for lashes as well as hair. When it arrived it says on the warning avoid the eye area and if it gets into the eye to wash it! I was going to contact you before use as I don't want to damage my eyes! The following week you promoted a different item for eye lashes but having already bought one item I didn't want to risk buying it.”

“Love the products but the packing and delivery service needs some attention. First order I placed arrived with a missing item due to bag being ripped. Item was resent fairly quickley. Second order arrived with bag open and no products. Again, no problem with replacing order but package arrived with free samples but no item, apologies made by customer service and resent, arrived ok this time. Its making me think twice about ordering from here again.”

“The items are great however my last purchase process was disappointing. Item came up as only two left. Placed an order meaning a $15 delivery fee, but emailed them saying I had wanted to order more. A few hours later suddenly the low stock issue was resolved, but I got a response the next day saying nothing they could do to amend my order. Disappointing. Made me wonder if the ' low stock' was actually genuine or a way to boost orders. Update - thanks for taking the time to respond to my review but please don't ask me to 'contact customer service since they were actually part of my original concern. How about asking them to reach out to me instead?”

“I haven't received either of my orders. The first order which consisted of 3 items apparently according to Amazon has gone missing, this was 3 weeks ago. The second order which was supposed to be a Christmas present has still not arrived via Royal Mail. Very angry about this.”

“I have bought several different skin creams and serums after hearing how wonderful they were, but I can honestly say nothing has made any difference to my skin. The Skin restoring Ceramides may take some time to make any difference to my face, however the patches of itchy dry skin have improved”

“I absolutely rate VH and must say I dont feel so joint achy, but the real reason i bought these was for skin benefit and i havent seen an improvement yet. This is my 5th month and they are expensive compared to viridian and other cool brands. I have quite thin skin and really need a plumpy wrinkle boost, now in my 50s so i just dont know weather to try something else. I also take the recommended Skin Restoring Ceramides and still look haggered! xx”
