“The items are great however my last purchase process was disappointing. Item came up as only two left. Placed an order meaning a $15 delivery fee, but emailed them saying I had wanted to order more. A few hours later suddenly the low stock issue was resolved, but I got a response the next day saying nothing they could do to amend my order. Disappointing. Made me wonder if the ' low stock' was actually genuine or a way to boost orders. Update - thanks for taking the time to respond to my review but please don't ask me to 'contact customer service since they were actually part of my original concern. How about asking them to reach out to me instead?”

“I haven't received either of my orders. The first order which consisted of 3 items apparently according to Amazon has gone missing, this was 3 weeks ago. The second order which was supposed to be a Christmas present has still not arrived via Royal Mail. Very angry about this.”

“I have bought several different skin creams and serums after hearing how wonderful they were, but I can honestly say nothing has made any difference to my skin. The Skin restoring Ceramides may take some time to make any difference to my face, however the patches of itchy dry skin have improved”

“I absolutely rate VH and must say I dont feel so joint achy, but the real reason i bought these was for skin benefit and i havent seen an improvement yet. This is my 5th month and they are expensive compared to viridian and other cool brands. I have quite thin skin and really need a plumpy wrinkle boost, now in my 50s so i just dont know weather to try something else. I also take the recommended Skin Restoring Ceramides and still look haggered! xx”

“The calm patches I bought are an important part of my migraine management. But they were delivered via Amazon. I don't know how this happened as I ticked Royal Mail on the website. I would not have ordered anything I knew would be delivered by Amazon.”

We offer Standard Shipping (free over £25) which is delivered by Amazon Shipping, and fulfilled by Victoria Health. For Royal Mail Special Delivery, Guaranteed Next Day, there is an additional charge that is subsidized and can be paid at checkout. If you ever want your orders delivered by Royal Mail Standard, you are always welcome to email us after you have placed your order and we will manually change this for you. “Great product quality, ingredients and customer service BUT would like to see greener products from GOW, as well as plastic packaging there is an additional plastic shrink wrap that is so unnecessary! I’ll be back to purchase more when this changes!”

The only items that were shrink-wrapped were the promotional twin packs but we have requested that alternative packaging methods are made for future promotions. We no longer use any plastic packaging to send our parcels - VH

“I am usually a fan of Victoria Health and generally love the products. I also look forward to the news letter and often purchase the recommended products. However I have written poor reviews for my recent purchases. I found the itchy scalp shampoo and conditioner I bought really expensive, poor quality and they didn’t work. As money is tight in the current climate, I think I will just stick to buying my favourite fulvic products occasionally as a treat. I wasted my money on my last order and feel let down and a bit cheated. Sorry!”
