“Always love the product, but very slow delivery. Ordered a couple of weeks ago, still no sign of it. I did get an e mail saying it had been despatched, but that’s it.”

“I have mixed feelings about this product. The formulation seems good, it's soothes a patch of what I think is eczema on my eye lid, that nothing else was helping. As soon as I skip a few days of the lidstick it gets sore again though. I really don't like the applicator. On my last one, I lost a few centimetres to the floor where the stick snapped as I was getting to the end. It's frustrating to waste any, as you don't get much product in the tube. A pot would be great, but perhaps that wouldn't work well for the formula.”

“Seems ok. Unfortunately as a result of buying with VH I received a terribly written leaflet about three times too long, going on and on in directionless drivel about numerous other products. Such a waste of paper and my time.”

Thank you for your review. The prices that we sell are the RRP prices, set by the manufacturer. We do cross-reference products with the market to ensure that we are price competitive at all times and run promotions, many of which we absorb the margin on. There are two versions of these and the Decaffeinated is more expensive.-VH

“Amazin delivery was rubbish, they didnt try, but pickedup by VH and resolved v quickly via GPO.No issue with the standard of product, only the delivery mechanism.Trouble with amy on line ordering is youve sent you money down the wire before you find out who the deliverer is! “I have been buying things from VH for a few years and have always thought I could trust them until I received a delivery of DIRTEA Mushroom Cacao with a best before date of 22.06.2023! The package arrived on the 16.06.2023. How am I meant to use it up within 6 days? If you had told me about the short best before date, I wouldn’t have bought even with the discount. V disappointed ☹️”

“I recently bought the 10% percent azelaic acid serum. I like the product and it's minimalistic,gentle, without unnecessary ingredients formula but the package is the worst i've seen in my 15 years of purchasing cosmetics. Cheap plastic bottle and the dispenser pumps out the product with no good control over the dose you want to apply. You can do better Victoria health.”
