“I notice that the prices have increased dramatically. I have been a customer for quite a long time. Up to this week, my VH parcels have not been stopped by customs, but this time I had to pay euros 31.20 before getting it. This represents a third of the price of my order and now I will never buy there again. How could I get orders of higher value for months recently and no customs charge, and then suddenly this month it was held? Very disappointed.”

Thank you for your feedback. I have checked back on your orders and none of the prices of any of the products that you have ordered have been increased. Since Brexit we have removed the cost of VAT from all international orders and this has to be paid to your local Customs. Therefore you are not paying extra but just paying in 2 parts. I am a little unsure as to why you have not had to pay this for the past few orders. Please note that we are working on a solution to have tax and duty paid on our site at the point of checkout. “Good morning, the delivery was properly packed and received. However the import duties were not included in the price, so I was shocked when I had to pay around 35€ to get the order.”

Since Brexit we no longer charge VAT for international orders which means that you have to pay it once the parcel arrives in your country. You are not paying more you are just paying for the cost of your order and the vat in 2 separate charges. “Your postage rates to Australia are extremely high and when you pay for express postage it shouldn’t take 3 weeks to arrive because Victoria Health took 10 days to pack the goods.”

Please note that this product was on pre-order at the time of your order and therefore noted on the site, checkout and invoice emailed. It was shipped as soon as we received the stock. We always strive to dispatch orders in normal circumstances within 1 – 2 days and would never sit on an order for 10 days. The shipping costs are live rates from the carriers and are based on the weight of goods. That is why sometimes you will notice you have had lower than your last order where there was a higher number of products. “I understand that writing reviews is new to VH, but I don’t see how I can review vitamins/supplements especially after one purchase. Am I supposed to say I instantly feel the benefit after less than a month? I am sure you recommend prolonged use of such items and I don’t know how to rate by stars as I think you are good, but cannot rate purchase, so as it is a required field I’ll go 3, but this is not true reflection!”

“I like victoria health, however I find the same things being recycled on the newsletter. Please include some other hidden gems from the website that can only be found by searching through. I sometimes find myself checking prices elsewhere and ordering from them as VH can often be overpriced so if I find the same product on another website, I order. Life Extension for example I buy elsewhere online cheaper.”

“I bought the Crepey skin care treatment on the basis of the promotion through the weekly newsletter. It doesn’t suit my skin, definitely not for use on my face (made it feel very dehydrated) so I’m using it on my neck and décolletage which is what it is supposed to be used for. The fact that the newsletter was promoting for the face was what prompted me to buy it. I’m really glad VH is asking for reviews now as in the past my purchases, good and bad, have been made in response to the newsletter. Hopefully reading customer reviews will give us real life feedback for the products and more informed choices.”
