“Amazing newsletters by Gill, insightful articles by Shabir, and absolute jewel GOW products. Giving 3 stars as delivery used to be superb and has declined rapidly after switching to Amazon deliveries.”

“Products are good and I purchase a fair amount for the family - however, it is disappointing that no loyalty scheme allows regular customers to get something back. The offer in the newsletter very rarely at all has the GOW products on offer which is rather disappointing as well. As I said, the products are good but overpriced as there is no option to purchase elsewhere, so a bit of a monopoly to be frank - would purchase elsewhere if I had the option”

You are always welcome to call us during working hours if something is urgent and depending on the time of day (if the driver has been to collect) we will always do our best to escalate.

“I would have given this 5 stars but one of the bottles of tablets was Glucosamine rather than Glucosamine & Chondroitin. As I haven't heard to the contrary, I presume this was in error but Glucosamine are no use to me.”
