“Your postage rates to Australia are extremely high and when you pay for express postage it shouldn’t take 3 weeks to arrive because Victoria Health took 10 days to pack the goods.”

Please note that this product was on pre-order at the time of your order and therefore noted on the site, checkout and invoice emailed. It was shipped as soon as we received the stock. We always strive to dispatch orders in normal circumstances within 1 – 2 days and would never sit on an order for 10 days. The shipping costs are live rates from the carriers and are based on the weight of goods. That is why sometimes you will notice you have had lower than your last order where there was a higher number of products. I have written to you directly in order to advise our resolution for you. - VH

“I understand that writing reviews is new to VH, but I don’t see how I can review vitamins/supplements especially after one purchase. Am I supposed to say I instantly feel the benefit after less than a month? I am sure you recommend prolonged use of such items and I don’t know how to rate by stars as I think you are good, but cannot rate purchase, so as it is a required field I’ll go 3, but this is not true reflection!”

“I like victoria health, however I find the same things being recycled on the newsletter. Please include some other hidden gems from the website that can only be found by searching through. I sometimes find myself checking prices elsewhere and ordering from them as VH can often be overpriced so if I find the same product on another website, I order. Life Extension for example I buy elsewhere online cheaper.”

We offer competitive pricing on the site based on what we are able to obtain from our suppliers. In the case of Life Extention, we buy directly from them and often doing promotions on this brand. “I bought the Crepey skin care treatment on the basis of the promotion through the weekly newsletter. It doesn’t suit my skin, definitely not for use on my face (made it feel very dehydrated) so I’m using it on my neck and décolletage which is what it is supposed to be used for. The fact that the newsletter was promoting for the face was what prompted me to buy it. I’m really glad VH is asking for reviews now as in the past my purchases, good and bad, have been made in response to the newsletter. Hopefully reading customer reviews will give us real life feedback for the products and more informed choices.”
