You are always welcome to call us during working hours if something is urgent and depending on the time of day (if the driver has been to collect) we will always do our best to escalate.

“I would have given this 5 stars but one of the bottles of tablets was Glucosamine rather than Glucosamine & Chondroitin. As I haven't heard to the contrary, I presume this was in error but Glucosamine are no use to me.”

“I love my supplements and couldn’t be without them however this is the second time my parcel has been left on my doorstep for hours which in Central London I’m lucky it hasn’t been taken! It wasn’t even concealed behind bins just left in full view…”

“Hi, I have used 'CholestSafe' for a good few years now. At the last check, ( before Covid) my cholesterol level was satisfactory (below 5) and I hope it still is This is the only medication I have taken for it since I discovered it was 5+. (I cannot be more precise than that I'm afraid!) This is the only item I have ever had from you, or likely to! I am unlikely to ever consider anything else but expect to continue its use. I have found VH friendly but I find the website clumsy to use compared to some others. The staff are always friendly and helpful if I resort to phoning when I get fed up online.”

“The crackers from Margaret Dabbs are delightful. They are for little 'stocking gifts' plus one for me! However the delivery from Amazon was dreadful:-- Only by chance did we see the parcel placed on the path between our house & next door.We had no notification at all that it had been left there or that it had been delivered. Very disappointing especially considering your excellent track record.es Best wishes, Linda Jons”

“Okay service and reasonable delivery, prices quite high. Unfortunately, this seems to be the only UK-based place where I can purchase a certain item for my daughter's. They never ever give any discounts or perks to regular customers for their loyalty like other retailers. Rather disappointing.”

“Always used Victoria health pre brexit. Item cost 10 pound and 2 pound postage. This year Got charged 8 pound postage and had to pay €8 to customs. So unfortunately will have to go elsewhere.”

“HI There For my last two orders I have had to pay duty in Ireland totalling €8 and €16 which will have an impact of orders going forward. I am not prepared to pay this level on top of the sterling product charge. I figure this will also have a huge negative impact on your sales to EU as I'm presuming this duty is only because of Brexit! Would appreciate your comments. Regards Sean”

“I notice that the prices have increased dramatically. I have been a customer for quite a long time. Up to this week, my VH parcels have not been stopped by customs, but this time I had to pay euros 31.20 before getting it. This represents a third of the price of my order and now I will never buy there again. How could I get orders of higher value for months recently and no customs charge, and then suddenly this month it was held? Very disappointed.”

Thank you for your feedback. I have checked back on your orders and none of the prices of any of the products that you have ordered have been increased. Since Brexit we have removed the cost of VAT from all international orders and this has to be paid to your local Customs. Therefore you are not paying extra but just paying in 2 parts.
