“I have become a loyal customer over the months and continue to recommend VH - I particularly value the review and selection of optimal products that are endorsed on the site. It would be such an added benefit if there was the opportunity to discuss one's supplement program for efficacy. I contacted VH and inquired whether I could arrange a consultation (happy to pay for time and expertise)... I am not certain if this is possible? In my opinion, it would certainly be a value added service. Thank you for the tremendous product range and knowledge that you share on the site... and ordering through VH is a pleasure.”

“Overall good. Items are always nicely packaged & with very few delivery issues. Better in 'the old days' however, with discounts & free postage, (the reason why I shopped initially) but change is inevitable....sigh.... I've been 'with' VH for literally years & years - a 'real' loyalty scheme would be really good - as with other companies - but not one that has to be paid for (& gives a discount in return) I like Jo & Natalie in the office. I mostly trust VH.”
