Initial customer experience was abysmal, I had to hound the installer to contact the viesmann rep in order to get the boiler registered in the 30 day period to qualify for the 12 year guarantee

Currently I am very happy with the boiler, it's working fine and very quite. However it very short span survey only 6 months of installation of my boiler, I give you 5 star.

Very happy with the heating system fitted. Apart from the water being slightly too hot, I have no complaints. Good to be warm in this freezing weather!

Viessmann were recommended to me, which is a good start, but since installation completion in June 2022 we have experienced 3 issues with the boiler, installed in a letted residence, 2 of which have required an engineer to attend. It's only 6 months down the line, so it's a good job the warranty is for 10 years I guess.

Very pathetic customer service. Half the radiators in my house do not work since the upgrade. The installation company continues to avoid fixing the problem. I would definitely advise going for another brand to avoid the hassle.

Installation went well. Operating system easy and working well over first 4 months. Recently we have noticed hot water taking longer to come through with the shower experiencing a dip in temperature for around 10 seconds then a return to ambient temperature. Perhaps something to consider on first year service?

Absolutely depressing to say the good brand name of Vissmann do NOT match their appliance and certainly the customer service. 12 days out of hot water and awaiting parts and work. No appointment for another week and more. Can not believe the heat exchanger failed twice in last 2 years with less than 8 years boiler. I have the vissmann engineer 4 times since I had it and multiple Annual cheks and services and almost changed every part. Now the heat exchanger is Split. Kept dropping pressure and now 3 weeks out of hot water and heating in this cold weather with a disability and young child at home..

Not had our unit for long but,so far so good! Very impressed by how quickly it heats our radiators up and,the hot water is HOT !

We have been left with no heating or hotwater for 40days in winter now. The issue is Viessmann customer services do not pass information on to their service engineers, who despite their best efforts on the day, arrive uninformed about the situation and ill equipped to solve problems with their boilers. We have had 3 visits now, and the engineers were not aware that other engineers had already come and looked at our boiler. The messages sent to customer services when booking a visit were also not passed on. I am afraid this has middle management incompetence written all over it, and i feel sorry for the engineers in giving this negative review, as they have been very professional as individuals. Let down by their organisation.

Our new boiler was faulty and the first 2 guys who came out. Did not diagnose or fix the fault, didn’t know the app or the appliance. The app is not intuitive, Wi-Fi conextion to thermostat is poor had to move it from optimum position to receive signal.

Ok, boiler certainly gives out more heat than our 30 year old Potterton boiler did! We would love to know where online we can read how to turn the boiler on manually, we had no heating when you did the updates. Our timer is still on summer time, we would like to know how to change it.

I had a Viessmann boiler fitted in my home in 2011 and it served me extremely well with no problems or issues at all. When I moved home in 2021 I had the boiler serviced and was told it was as good as new! In my new home, an old boiler failed within the first 6 months of moving, without hesitation I chose Viessmann again and had a new boiler fitted in May 2022. While only a short time has passed I feel secure and confident that this will give me a long and excellent service just like my previous Viessmann boiler had done.

Nice boiler,now very quiet just had to replace the old manual air vent with an auto bottle air vent on the discharge line on Central heating.
