Very impressed by the quality of the product, its record of reliability, and the features it provides. We did a careful comparison withother brands before buying and decided to give Viessmann a try. Great value for money and great reviews online really tipped the balance.

The boiler is good and as the house size is big it is giving good amount of hot water at the same time.

New Combi-boiler fitted in July, replacing an 18 year old boiler which was starting to show it's age. Impressed with how quickly the new combi was fitted, much smaller in size than the previous one. Very easy to use, providing heating and water quickly, used a Nest Thermostat to link up with the boiler which works really well giving complete control.

Very happy with the combi boiler which was fitted in the summer 2022, however it came with a software fault that was only evident when the cold weather came in. Peter Maxwell the software technician found the fault and had an engineer come out to fix. As this is a new boiler system working with an app,updates are essential, still work in progress with the app.

Very please with our new boiler and the installation by Allgas Derby Limited. Upgraded the guarantee to 10 year guarantee for peace of mind.

My boiler was installed by Alpha Gas Ltd who did an amazing job. Im glad that they recommended the Viessman boiler as other companies had not. I have had no real problems with the system, other than when the battery ran in my room stat. So efficient, house has never been so warm. Lovely hot water. Would recommend to anyone looking for a new central heating system to check out Viessmann boilers. We love the ability to turn the heating on or off from anywhere via the wifi app. Highly recommend.

I can understand that the Xmas and New year's dates are near impossible but I was disappointed that my day's off at that time was spoiled by no heating or hot water, I don't usually complain but I really was disappointed by the service, I can understand that everyone wants to be with their families and I can understand that, the lady at Boiler Buddies was so lovely and understood my concerns, I am well over 70 years old and my son came to see me and searched on line and managed to get things going again, I was so grateful to him, Honestly I don't blame you guys, everyone needs a break at this time of the year but was just really inconvenient, sorry for being a pain!!!

Mostly good but one cold morning the pressure dropped and the boiler stopped working. Couldn’t easily find instructions to increase pressure. Found a video on you tube. Did as the video demonstrated and my boiler was soon working again.

The boiler is very noisy in operation and allowing for percentage increase in gas prices certainly no savings against the running cost of the previous, 20 year old, boiler Overall very disappointed

Hi If your Viessmann boiler has been sized and set up correctly for your property this should be reflected in your energy bills. Ensuring the right controls are fitted, weather compensation for example, will also ensure that your heating system works at maximum efficiency. Takes a little longer to warm up compared to our previous boiler, but is very quiet and efficient. It is also a bonus to control a few features directly via the app
